I rented a flat with IERO for a year and they are the best letting agents I have used in Edinburgh. After multiple bad experiences with other agents, it was so refreshing to have such a positive and easy experience. Lauren was so responsive and helpful. Any issues that did come up were dealt with incredibly quickly and effectively. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a new tenant of Iero Letting, I would highly recommend Kerr Stevenson as a Property Manager. He has been so helpful in guiding us through the tenant vetting process, and has even stayed late to finish documents so that we could pay the deposit & have the lease finalised before we left for a long weekend away. Stayed 1.5 years at 2 different properties under the this company in Edinburgh. Great customer service, Prompt actions to issues rised and I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs stress free tenancy experience and a special thanks to Lauren from(IERO) flat company who assisted us in everything while in tenancy.

I had a great experience working with IERO. Jill was absolutely amazing; patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. She made the entire process of finding a flat as a student much less stressful and was always just a quick email away whenever something came up. Our move in process with iero has been flawless, in particular, Kerr has gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort in the flat, including minor repairs, sorting all our electric and gas suppliers for us, and correcting minor issues quickly, and efficiently in short time periods. Jill was also very responsive to queries during the application process. Coming from another letting agency, our time with iero has been leagues above.

I lived in a rental managed by The Flat Company for two years and I had a great experience whenever we needed anything -- from maintenance concerns to any questions we had. As we came to the end of our tenancy, Skye was particularly helpful in facilitating the process and even kindly provided me a reference for my next landlord. I would highly recommend The Flat Company. We are new landlords and from day one Matthew has been brilliant, assisting us with any issues and providing us with all the information to have our flat ready for tenants. The Flat Company has been amazing so far. We needed the flat keys by the end of the week to get ourselves sorted for moving in and they managed to get through the referencing in no time to make that happen for us. They’ve been actively communicating and response times are quick. Our property manager Kerr has been so helpful during our move!

We have worked as a contractor for The Flat Company for several years and I can honestly say that they are in a totally different league to others. They treat every landlord with honesty and integrity and offer a far more personal relationship than most, vital with the ever-changing legislation that people have to deal with. Also, there are no hidden charges. Maintenance is carried out when necessary, not as a means to just make money as other letting agencies seem to believe. I deal with their tenants on a regular basis and they really do look after their homes well and are clearly well chosen and referenced. The Fixflo database they have invested in keeps everyone in the loop and ensures that mistakes aren’t made. I cannot speak highly enough of The Flat Company and on that basis, have recommended them to landlords whom I know on a personal level. Lara Macmillan Director Ambience Homes Ltd.

I had a really unusually positive experience with the flat company in Edinburgh, and can't recommend them highly enough. I've had plenty of frustrating experiences with letting agencies in the past, but from start to finish, the flat company were professional and friendly and seemed to really care about us as tenants. In particular, our property manager Lauren Mill was really lovely, incredibly helpful, and easy to contact. It's rare to have a rental experience as a tenant that leaves you feeling like you've been properly taken care of! Genuinely excellent.

The Flat Company were very helpful with my tenancy at every opportunity, and any maintenance problems that arose were dealt with swiftly and effectively; much more than previous agencies I have rented with in the past. Dealing with their agent Kerr Stevenson was very easy throughout, from viewing, tenancy, and as well as during our move-out process. Assistance moving in and out was top notch, and any communication was easy and hassle-free. Would happily deal with this company again.

I have used the Flat Company for over ten years. One service which stands out from other property agents is their bespoke annual statement which they provide to landlords for tax returns. I highly recommend Brian Sandilands, who returns emails immediately with these excellent, succinct statements as attachments. Thank you Brian, for responding to this annual request so promptly and professionally. It is a huge help and greatly appreciated.

Been renting with the flat company for 3 years now and they’ve been very good at making sure things that were awry in the flat get sorted quick and easily. As of recently with viewings going on we were a little concerned about people coming into our space but the two representatives who came out Struan and Joelle were incredible at making us feel comfortable during the viewing processes. Would absolutely recommend them

We were tenants for 2 years in a flat managed by Flat Company. The team was always there whenever we experience a problem. We ended the tenancy due to buying our own flat but we sometimes miss our days as tenants with them. They solve the maintenance issues in a very short time with best traders. The agents are always helpful, understanding, and friendly. Lastly, i want to thank to Lauren for making everything easy during the ending tenancy process which would be really stressful without her support. You are very lucky if you can rent one of their properties.

A rare positive experience out all of the times I've been flat-hunting. Due to personal circumstances (nothing to do with The Flat Company's service!), my friends and I ended up not signing the tenancy but they were really so patient and understanding with all our questions and situations, from the viewing up until we called off the application process. The process was also simple and convenient for students like us. In particular, Mr Kerr Stevenson and Ms Skye Dorans liaised the most with us, they were just lovely and helpful throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend this agency to others and for myself too again in the future! 👍
