GoogleOur experience at the Flat Company was great, never had one issue they weren't able to fix quickly. Lauren M was our property manager and she was great at getting back to us quickly if there was ever a problem or we had a question. 3+ years in this flat and its been the best management company we have experienced in Edinburgh. Sad to go!

GoogleWe have just moved into our new flat and it's lovely. The Flat Company were really helpful in getting everything arranged and helping us with the paper work. We were also given a welcome bag with loads of great stuff in it including loo roll ( which came in handy ), jam, coffee, bin bags, tea and even a fluffy dog ! I'm not sure who else would do that. 5 stars for sure !

GoogleI moved into a property in October through The Flat Company and the experience to date has been a pleasure. The staff are friendly, approachable and very professional. Since moving in I have had a couple of minor maintenance jobs which have been handled quickly and efficiently, I have been very impressed. I have rented through a few letting agencies in the past and The Flat Company are proving to be the best by far!

GoogleWe've been renting a flat with this company for year and a half. During the first months, we had a few problems with communication between us and the agents. But after that, we finally had an agent, Elona Smith, who did an amazing job. Every doubt or problem we were emailing her about, she was contacting us super fast and very efficient. A great job that made our experience much better.

GoogleHad a great experience using the Flat Company as a letting agent for my tenanted property. Jill V really came through for me as I had a previous terrible experience with another letting agent who gave me absolutely terrible service, but Jill and her colleagues were totally brilliant!
