They facilitated the settling into the appartment. Even when I had to move to a new and bigger flat through another agency, they kept their promises... they were very good in their support. GoogleWe've used Smart for 5 years as landlords and they've been excellent. Good communication, good service and very responsive to tenant requests. Before switching to Smart we had used two other agents and we would not switch back. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff (special mentions for Richard, Chris & Kat who dealt with us) provide a professional, prompt and efficient service with a friendly smile. They couldn't have been more brilliant, there is a genuine feeling that they care about you as a tenant which is so rare in this world! Helpful, friendly and have found us a gorgeous flat we are now proud to call home. Other letting agents should take notice. Thanks to the team at Smart for your amazing service.

GoogleWe rented out our home through Smart while we were working abroad for a few years. Chris, Kat and the smart team really took away all the hassles involved. Any problems with the property were dealt with promptly, new tenants were found very quickly. We had excellent tenants who really took care of the property. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend smart to anyone wishing to rent out a property in Edinburgh.

GoogleI have been a landlord with Smart Property for almost two years and have been consistently impressed with their helpful, efficient and friendly service, which ensures that my flat is kept in excellent condition both for me and for the benefit of my tenants. They are quick to organise any necessary maintenance work and their turnaround for getting a new tenant in when one leaves is exemplary. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Each member of staff is highly professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. Having used other letting agents in Edinburgh for many years I can comfortably say that I would rate the team amongst the best at what they do.
