GoogleSpeaking as a tenant with experience with many different letting agencies within edinburgh I have found smart property Not the easiest letting agency to communicate with. Frequently leaving issues to the very last minute or forgotten about completely. They also do not always follow the same procedures like any normal letting agency. Leaving themselves or others in difficult situations.

FacebookI rented a property managed by Smart Property for a year and a half. They were hands down the best agency I have ever dealt with. Kind, helpful, and prompt when dealing with any issues. My landlord sold the flat, and I must say I was sorry to leave them. Would definitely recommend!
