GoogleI'm still in one of theirs properties in Edinburgh. They keep putting the rent up every time but do nothing at all in the flat. Our roof has been leaking since the day one we move in and they still haven't done anything about it. It's been almost 3 years. They do their check ups every half a year but really do anything after that.

GoogleGrant Property have been great! Especially our property manager Joshua Brooks. We moved into our flat 5 months ago and the flat has had many things go wrong just due to it being an older flat, but Joshua always sorts everything out as quick as possible. We have had no issues at all, and love our flat. Highly recommend!

GoogleLeaking roof for 9 months now (since last November). Fixed once but didn’t work and has been leaking again since January with no action taken to fix the roof since new year. Pretty unfair when we are two hard working nurses who haven’t ever missed a single rent payment. Shame they won’t sort this.

GoogleCurrently renting with grant property and have not had a fault yet! Very friendly staff, rapid response via email which is very helpful when being a busy student. Always there to make sure everything is spot on, very informative especially as this is my first move which is very appreciated. Can't fault, looking forward to using this company in the future.

GoogleMy last review seems to have been removed. Probably reported by grant property themselves! I love the rebrand they did the last few years. You can't polish a turd! When I was with them they seemed to be focused on making sure you were being fined for something as that was how they made profits. Robbing vulnerable students!

GoogleMoving in was relatively stress free and their online system made the process run smoothly. Staff have been polite and helpful over the phone and in person. We have only had to phone the out-of-hours service once but they had someone at the flat in an hour, which was great. Very impressed so far!
