GoogleHonestly, dreadful. They had an unrealistic standard for our living conditions, and complained about food items being left on our kitchen counter. They constantly swindled and lied to us. I would not go to them if my life depend on it.

GoogleAVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! We have had countless issues with our flat since move in, and have had to fight to have them addressed. It is the middle of winter and our heat has been out for over a week. Do NOT use them!!!

GoogleWe moved into a Grant Property flat about 4 months ago, and while the application and moving process was quick and relatively hassle-free, there were a few issues with the flat that only became clear after a little while. Thankfully, our property manager Joshua Brooks always responds to our enquiries as soon as possible and any problems that come up are sorted fast.

GoogleI moved into a Grant Property flat 6 months ago. The application and moving (in and out) process has been very relaxed and quick. We found a few issues with the flat after moving in, but our property manager Lily Galloway has always been very helpful, kind and responds quickly to our enquiries and any problems that come up are sorted fast.

GoogleOnly spent a few months with grant property and had no issues with them at all. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls and were always as helpful and understanding as possible.

GoogleVastly prejudiced against the interest of students and do not treat them as responsible adults. Secondly they take a very long time to respond to repair requests, which took as many as 3 or four reminders before any action was taken. They really only seem to be looking out for their own interests and not that of the client (at least student clients from my own experience).
