GoogleMurray and Currie charged us considerably inflated cleaning fees at the end of our tenancy despite the fact that the flat was cleaned by a professional cleaning team prior to returning the keys. They refused to accept our explanations and referred us to the Scottish Safe deposits mediator. The process is very lengthy and very unpleasant, and this reflects very poorly on how M & C treats its (now former) tenants.

I have been with M & C as landlord since almost the beginning of their practice - 10 years now. I live in Canada and was very concerned about my ability to manage a property from overseas but everything has worked out very well. I would recommend them to both tenants and landlords and wish their business continuing success.

GoogleAwful, overpriced properties. DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT! Emergency ARE ONLY OFFICE HOURS. They don't care what happens after hours, not contact available. Not emergency numbers, they have and email of maintenance. Useless Charley & cia will ignore you and make you life hell!

Avoid this letting agent! Communication is a shambles from the Edinburgh office. Staff are not helpful at all. When moving out a property they do everything they can to keep the deposit.
