GoogleVery welcoming and friendly service. The girl on the front desk, Lesley, provided me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions without it seeming too much trouble. I wasn't waiting around and was seen to straight away. Sorry for the hundred questions Lesley lol I would definitely use Murray & Currie again in the future and recommend them to anyone in and around Edinburgh.

Im giving 3 rating because of the following* The debt on electricty and gas were not cleared before tenancy and i had to clear them ( and awaiting refund )* The inventory and issues fix were not done prior to tenancy and had to chase. Few issues are still to be fixed.

GoogleI used this agency a number of weeks ago. From start to finish the process was professional and highly efficient. From reception staff to the agent who I dealt with I was very impressed. I would recommend Murray and Currie, they know the market well and are excellent to deal with.

GoogleThe team of the agency is quite professional. I was happy with them during 18 months of letting a flat in Edinburgh. The only comment I have is about the inventory. Unfortunately, the inventory is not prepared by Murray and Currie. Reflection property care takes a charge of the property inventory which wrote an unfair report at all. In general, Murray and Currie is strongly recommended.

GoogleI rented a flat throught M&C. All i got is evacuated at the tought time over a dispute. Over a dispute, they literally told me”landlord is important for them”. They only care about the landlord and never care about tenant.

GoogleEchoing many of the reviews on here; despite the fact I had the flat professionally cleaned before moving out, Murray and Currie attempted to deduct the cost of cleaning from my deposit. The matter was resolved through Deposit Scotland's independent adjudication process. I'd advise anyone moving into a property let by this agency to carefully photograph and document its condition upon moving in.

Really smooth and easy move. Excellent with keeping in touch through the application and moving process, also sorted out council tax, energy bills and rent with no issues. Always attentive and the flat was top-notch when we moved in, spotless with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Or failing to have repairs carried out in reasonable time? then theres the refusing to hand over Landlords contact details or finally maybe its with the ignoring of my last few emails to Mr John Forsyth?
