GoogleNice service but tried to cheat on deposit. I had to argue for 3 weeks and eventually they removed half of their unfair fees
Hi Paul, thank you for taking the time to review us and I a sorry to hear you feel your deposit dispute took too long to resolve. I can assure you we categorically never try to cheat anyone out of any money. All deposits are treated in the same way whereby a third party firm will do a detailed check out report showing areas where they feel the tenant should be charged and we use that report to request money back from a tenants deposit. As you know, if you disagree with that all you need to do is dispute it and provide your evidence and the deposit scheme adjudicator will make the final call on who is due what. GoogleBe aware that you may be booking a viewing whilst the properties on offer are already let or being let. A property company not to be trusted
Hi Pierre, I am sorry you feel this way however we feel this is quite untruthful. We would never knowingly book a viewing for a property that has already been let. It is absolutely no use to us to book viewings for a flat that have been let. The rental market is fast paced and often we will rent several properties in a single day so perhaps you had booked a viewing for a flat that was quickly let after the booking was made, however we always call to confirm this at the end of each day. I personally feel this is an unjustified review and would ask you to remove it as we clearly have not intentionally booked for you to view a flat that has been let already. They helped us get the place up to scratch, find suitable tenants, and promptly fixed any issues within the property during this time. GoogleI count 22 interactions with Murray & Currie and still they had not even acknowledged never mind provided a reasonable response to maintenance query. They act as if they have impunity, they treat their costumer as if everything they do should be regarded as a gift from the Gods. Do not use these them, period.

GoogleGorgeous property with an amazingly helpful agency who have been very supportive whilst our neighbours have been harassing us, which has been quickly and professionally sorted out and we are delighted with these efforts. Any maintenance issues have been swiftly dealt with and all communication is easy and reliable.
