Sold but unhappy with fees & service. The quote is clever - I am not an expert so completely confused me as to what would actually be paid at the end. Not what I expected - had the service been fantastic, maybe not so relevant, but took a week and a day to ever get an answer. When I phoned was told they are 'so busy' - not my problem! Not enough staff to deliver the promises. Would not recommend, sorry, disappointing.

Very concerned about what I think is a serious issue and could have resulted in my brother losing a buyer. Selling with Mov8 recently, he has just found out that there was a person who had noted interest on his property, but when he received an offer from another buyer was urged to accept it, and not made aware of this other interest. This buyer's solicitor were then not contacted by MOV8 when his first offer fell through to check if still interested. Apparently when their solicitor phoned Mov8 they were told 'they were just about to phone them' - they said the same when the solicitor phoned them when he accepted the first offer and this man had not been given any opportunity to offer. So was only down to neighbours, friends and luck they found out his house was being advertised again, and offered. He has since realised he knows the buyers family, and has been chatting to him hence the reason this has come to light. I would say it is a solicitors duty to pass on all interest and offers to a client, having read the law society advice on selling. But my brother has now taken advice on this from another solicitor, and his advice is just to 'learn a lesson' about low priced agents, and be grateful all worked out in the end thanks to neighbours. It would cost him more money & effort to pursue this. So I feel I should write a review and at least make others aware of potential problems which at least I can do without cost and hopefully prevent others possibly missing out on buyers as my brother would have thanks to Mov8..

I was very impressed with MOV8 when I sold my house in March 2015. The staff were very professional, efficient as well as being very friendly. Due to their excellent service my house was put on the market within 2 week of their appointment. The quality of the schedule and photos were superb. MOV8 - think twice

MOV 8 one of the worst real estate we have come across, do not use them. Its stressful enough putting your property up for sale so you would expect the estate agents you choose would ease that stress, but let me tell you it was horrendous from when the fees were taken till our property was sold and new property purchased. Never knew what was happening from minute to minute had to drag everything out of them.

I have not been involved in selling a property for a long time and found myself dreading the process - having heard all sorts of horror stories from others. In fact it has been a good experience - in particular with the contact I had with Susan Lamb. She kept me well informed throughout the process and was very approachable, friendly and helpful and really made it good for me.
