I've just finished the purchase of a property with MOV8 as my solicitors and the experience was absolutely painless! My solicitor was very communicative, I had the portal app to see exactly where we were in the process at all times and I just felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Great service

Sold property in less than two weeks of going on the market. My first appointment with them for their free valuation was on a Saturday which was fantastic for me, most other estate agents couldn't fit in with my working hours. Really like their online client Portal which shows all your appointments, feedback and offers. Really good communication from each person involved. Found them cheaper than other top estate agents too! Definitely recommend

Would recommend!

Jan from Mov8 was really kind and approachable when we were putting offers in on properties. She got back to us speedily via email and phone and always kept us updated. She was a great advocate for us when we were dealing with unresponsive sellers. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for sensitive, available and efficient property conveyancers. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Mov8 selling our property, especially the conveyancing with Leah McGibbon who acted with professionalism, care and assertiveness throughout. This was especially appreciated as we had problematic buyers intent on messing us around. Our queries were answered promptly and thoroughly. I'm using them to buy a proper now and will be using them to sell another property later this year. Having used other solicitors last year who were slow and probably cost us a sale, I'm really pleased with how efficient the Mov8 team have been. The property market in Scotland can be a torturous and frustrating journey at times and things can be lost in translation leading to misunderstandings. Given my experience with other solicitors, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mov8.

Terrible service and Mov8 lived up to its awful reputation. I thought id give them a chance and made contact looking for assistance with buying a property. After getting passed around I eventually spoke to a girl who pretty much mumbled and gave me no confidence in her ability. Still waiting on a quote which I never received. Thankfully I have since went with a more reputable firm.

Was allocated Mov8 through Yopa for the conveyancing of my property sale. I was given Alan Craig as my case manager who was efficient in dealing with paperwork, friendly, helpful and communicative thus giving a smooth process overall. Impressed by the handling of my sale and would go back to Alan again in the future. Thanks for all your help. Lynne
