I cannot recommend the team at MOV8 and especially Alan Craig highly enough. They were there each step of the way for my property sale and new build purchase. There were bumps on the road but all dealt with efficiently. Even working on Sundays to keep me up to date with progress. It will be a while before I move again but certainly MOV8 would be my solictors of choice. THANK YOU

Great service and communication

I used Mov8 as the solicitor for purchasing my property and all the team were exceptional. Emails are replied to promptly and if you need a phone call it’s not an issue. Hopefully I won’t be moving again soon but if I had to i would use Mov8. Everyone at Mov8 were great from start to finish. From Megan and Ben getting the ball rolling and the flat sold and house bought within days. Everything went very smoothly. A special thanks to Maryanne for getting things finalised fast at the end when there was delays with Natwest and on the day of the move couldn’t have gone any better as we had the keys by 11am and the transactions was all done with no issues at all. If you are looking for a competent solicitor to deal with the purchase and/or sale of your property then I’d highly recommend Alan Craig at Mov8 solicitors. He went above and beyond what I expected from a property solicitor having previously dealt with other property solicitors in the past. He ensured that the sale of my house went through on the day despite issues down the chain of sale. He also communicated frequently and replied to my emails promptly. The team at mov8 are also exceptional. Putting in offers on properties, excellent communication and taking calls from me late on a Friday afternoon. I don’t know how much money other solicitors cost but if you pay that little extra for a great solicitor that gets the job down and doesn’t mess you around then I’d have to say mov8 are the best. I dealt with several team members including Courtney, Callum, Chloe, Maxine and Kieran. I can’t thank the team enough! I first contacted MOV8 Real Estate last month and was pretty unsure of what steps I should be making in wanting to buy a new property. My current property was on the market already and I had seen a property I was really keen on. Alan Craig handled the sale of my property. He was extremely responsive to all email communication (even replying on a sunny Sunday morning when he should have been enjoying time off!). Find the right person to represent you

Selling and buying a house can be easy and it can be complex because you have no control over the other party and who advises them. What you can do is make sure the advise you get is honest, reliable and professional.Mov8 provided that for us. Our sale and purchase had issues that came from areas outside of our control and they helped as navigate things at each step.Now obviously you can be given one of multiple people to handle your case so experiences can vary. In our case we dealt with Hajira Nisa and I genuinely enjoyed talking to her, good or bad we found solutions. Hajira also done something that so many professionals seem terrified of and called me to explain the things I needed to understand, much better than never ending emails. Lastly the most vital part was she also took the time to understand our position and reflected that back to us throughout. So we always knew she had our interests in mind when we asked for guidance.Mov8 were good but more importantly Hajira Nisa represented them and us to a high standard.

Perhaps if you are ever in the fortunate position of selling and purchasing a house don’t take it for granted it is a simple and sometimes rewarding process. Nothing is guaranteed in terms of how quick your house can sell, the money received for it but just is important is the smooth transaction required to make it a much simpler and easier to handle journey and this is where all of the above two processes become less of a strain by utilising the expertise of Mov8 and its staff. Throughout their entire staffing compliment this excellent team from a senior Solicitor to young Paralegals were always on the front foot advising and preparing you on the necessary requirements to ensure you had a happy and successful outcome providing advice and important suggestions with the aim of removing any pressure from your shoulders and taking on that responsibility to make matters much much easier.
