The service is crap to say the least I have asked a number of times what am I paying for they call me and ask me to call companies to get information for them this happened 3 times no one ever calls you back when you leave a message you have to keep calling to get a answer they make you feel if you are in the wrong because you are calling them stay well clear I suppose you get what you pay for that’s why they beat everyone’s price

Horrible experience with delays in paperwork incurred extra charges up to £10,000 and trying to put blame on other factors when asked about explanation.On top of that charged us extra fees for their horrible service.Very unhappy. I will not use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone. Would have given 0 stars.

This is our second time using Mov8 to buy and sell. We again have had an excellent experience. Mov8's communication is timely and professional. The entire team is approachable and they make all processes in relation to selling and buying user friendly. Mov8 are particularly good at responding quickly which is helpful given the current rapid pace that properties can sell for. It has been a positive experience all round.

Very happy......with the service I have received from all mov8 representatives, fantastic customer service and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Received price I was looking for on my house, and my property negotiator Rachel was always great at keeping me up to date with the latest position and providing advice when I asked for it.Photos were also very good, and I believe the price is very reasonable.

would never sell or buy a house with Mov8very unprofessional recently sold a house missives were not signed and money not transferred until 4.45 pm same day If you are with them don't plan on a removal you may have to let your purchased property go We were not the first as I have read previous reviewsIf I was selling again if the buyers were with MOVE 8I would happily put my house back on the market rather than the stress they put us through and our Lawyers who were excellent in dealing with them quite honestly we were on the brink of pulling outmy advise stay clear of MOV8!!!!! I have given a 1 star but really don't deserve that either Mov 8 don’t bother with a response damage is done

From the very first initial contact with Tracy, Rachel and the whole team, I have been very impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, understanding of my situation and their level of customer service. For me they stick out amongst their competitors as they provided a dedicated, tailored and personalised service, which for me, made what can often be a stressful and frustrating process, a pleasurable and relaxing experience. GoogleI would recommend Mov8 if planning on selling your property. They made the process very easy for myself and was a good price for work to be done. They were able to answer any questions I had as was a first time seller and was basically clueless 😂 Only disadvantage was that during the selling process my dedicated solicitor left, therefore I got a new one but the new one done a great job at catching up with my case and was fabulous on settlemtn day. Great job done by Mov8. Thanks again.

What a great experience of selling our property. From the valuer, photographer, sale negotiator and their colleagues, we have had a first class service. All of the Mov8 team have been friendly, helpful, very professional and wonderfully cheerful. The level of communication at every stage has been excellent. This is the second time we have used Mov8 and if it’s possible, the service has gotten even better. On both occasions, our property has sold within a week. In addition, the fixed price for marketing and conveyancing makes it a very cost effective way of selling your property. We have no hesitation in giving them 5 out of 5.

Mov8 were very quick in initiating the process when we chose them to be our solicitors. In fact, too quick, as they got the purchase numbers & deposit numbers wrong, which delayed the process. They were difficult to reach after purchase, and the time limit (5 days) to report issues passed before they got back to us. We were left with missing keys to the property and some issues that were never resolved. It´s been 2 months since we last got in touch with these concerns and we can still be waiting for an answer. My conclusion is: once they got our fees, customer service went out of the window. Quite disappointing and poor service. I have and will definitely NOT recommend them to anybody I know.

I had a wonderful experience with Move8 on selling my home much quickly from the beginning to end. They have the right idea about the market and so the procedure was smooth from the valuation, survey and negotiation. Especially my point of contact was 2 wonderful ladies Ellen Wong and my negotiator was Emma Stark who were amazing to deal their job in a way the customer can have very relaxed and comfortable way. Selling our property through Mov8 has been a simple, clear, and professional experience. We particularly appreciated how transparent and clear they were about the fee structure, as well as their flexibility as we brought our flat to market later than originally anticipated. The staff have kept us posted at every stage of the journey, and we are delighted to have achieved an excellent price for our home through their efforts. We decided to choose MOV8 to buy & sell, after getting 4 quotes from different estate agents (online & high St) MOV8 were definitely on top. As soon as the sales manager Scott entered out property to give us a valuation and quote for the fees, we knew straight away we would be taken care of. I felt at ease and believed in his valuation and advice. I have a small baby and 2 dogs, so I knew selling my house would be stressful, let alone buying a house too.I did not feel in anyway stressed, I was not pressured into paying more for viewing service or premium advertising such as printed brochures or extra signs (most of the other estate agents were trying to do), which meant I could show my home with my baby around, and dogs in the garden.Once I chose MOV8, I was assigned a purchase negotiator, Ed, for buying, And a property negotiator, Robbie, for Selling.Within a day, Ed had managed to secure an offer on my dream property, and because of his sound advice, I managed to get it under value and saved myself a few thousand. Robbie took over the sale of my property, and because he understood my needs having a small infant, we decided to stay 1-2-1, which helped me massively so I only had to deal with him regarding viewers, offers & interest, he only contacted me via my preferred options, such as emails so it didn't wake my baby etc. My property sold in just over week of viewings and 1 open viewing. I had over 40 couples come and view my property in the space of a week. All well organised and efficient so I could make the most of my time with my family. Mov8 also managed to secure an offer £28k over the value of my home due to the skills that Robbie used to negotiate the buyers offers.I am still in the process of the solicitors, so I can't comment of that side of things, but I would definitely reccomend Mov8, and I would use them again in the future.From selling my property to moving in, a moving date of 8 weeks were given, so fingers crossed I will be enjoying my new property real soon.
