I found Move8 to be a very professional and personable company to deal with from start to completion. Very friendly staff whom I found to be very amiable and willing to assist me throughout the process of selling my property. They have a great online tool, which all correspondence are kept and to which you have full access to. I also found them to be very competitively priced with clear fixed pricing schedules and the most competative of the three companies I invited to bid for the business. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was recommend this company through the builder from who we were buying our home from. After considering a few we ended up using Mov8 to sell and buy our new home. Although you deal with quite a lot people each person and communication was second to none and Gordon Stevenson who represented ourselves was amazing, I was blown away by his commitment and communication even during our of hours working. He tried really hard to reach a conclusion for us to move during the lockdown. We have just sold our house with Mov8 and got the keys for our new property today, and we could not be happier with the service we received. Mov8 have been super helpful at all stages of the process, and took the time to explain things to us as first time sellers. We weren't sure that the house sale would complete due to lockdown, but Mov8 sorted everything out and made it a lot easier at a very stressful time. Thanks MOV8 for your time today in helping me finally organising my Will and Power of Attorney.I have to say the experience I’ve had around what you could say, a delicate subject, has been outstanding. The email I was sent originally to explain the different products and services that MOV8 can still offer under the COVID-19 situation, was timed well as I knew before I moved into my new home that I would like to have these two documents in place. As I’m sure you would’ve experienced on numerous occasions with other clients, I was unaware of the process to follow and the steps I needed to take to set this up. I wouldn’t recommend this company. It started off well but in these times I have been left not knowing what is happening with the sale of my house, if it’s going ahead if it’s going to fall through, I don’t know what is happening with the couple buying my house, no one lets me know anything, emails go unanswered, when I got through on the phone I got told eventually all was ok and going ahead then the next day I was told there would be no meaningful conveyancing going ahead and there would be no work done and sales of houses may fall through and this was done through an email sent out to everyone no calls, no emails from the women handling my case. Now I’m left in a situation not knowing where I stand. I understand these are unprecedented times but there is a way to deal with things and this is not how clients should be treated.

Appalling, abysmal service

Avoid this company. A week to go before my move, missives concluded, and nobody has had the courtesy of calling me to tell me if it is going ahead or not. Even in these unprecedented times I would have expected a phone call or email. I even resorted to calling the sellers' solicitor, who revealed that they too had sent a number of emails to Mov8 which remained unanswered. I've had nothing but a generic, contrived, one size fits all, poor me email which told me nothing. Right from the beginning of the transaction, the number of people you have to deal with is confusing. The quote for fees was wrong by £300; had I not pointed this out I'm sure it wouldn't have been changed. Communication is abysmal and emails go unanswered for days. The person dealing with conveyancing changed suddenly and I was left with a garbled message asking to call a number. Of course I had to try for several days. The new conveyancer had little knowledge of the transaction and didn't inspire confidence.So, now I'm left, seven days to go wondering if I will have a roof over my head. Thanks, Mov8.

Virtual Valuation

I just used the new Virtual Valuation service that Mov8 came up with. Given the amount of work that myself and my partner put in to get the house ready for this appointment it was a welcome relief that we could still carry on with the valuation process even though the country is on lock down. It was a very easy process and the Mov8 representative was helpful, friendly and informative. I highly recommend this service not just for the current climate but if it is easier for people in the future.

Fantastic 5 star service from the get go.

We have recently used Mov8 to handle every aspect of selling our old house and buying our new build, I work overseas and working in different time Zones can be difficult, MOV8 worked around this and were on hand 24/7, 7 days a week to handle any issues, there communication is second to none by keeping us up to date with new viewings and feedback from past viewings very professional while also maintaining that personal touch which they have got down to a tee, for the price they quoted to the level of service they provide I struggle to see any other estate agent around that comes close and we did shop about before deciding to go with MOV8. My wife and I were very nervous of going through this process but the likes of Tracey Macalpine the solicitor and Rachel Curran who handled our sale these two make you there priority from the word go and at no point were we left feeling like just another customer, I cannot recommend MOV8 enough, and will recommend them time and time again going forward.
