I felt there was lack of communication in the beginning but then communication started. All seemed a bit of a rush towards the end but Alana and Maryanne who was dealing with the move were both very prompt with anything that needed to be relayed to me and with returning my e mails and calls.On the day of the move unfortunately it took a lot longer than anticipated for funds to transfer resulting in further stress but we got there in the end.

Throughout the buying process, MOV8 were informative and efficient. Brooke took over my case towards completion and was extremely helpful, updating periodically and ensuring the process remained on track. This resulted in everything being completed on schedule. GoogleWe have just recently had the experience of dealing with them through our lawyer as a buyer. Due to not checking very important details from the beginning that only a lawyer would be aware of, we were left severely out of pocket, time off work lost, contractors prepared to do work cancelled, calling storage units last minute, this all just two days before our moving date and caring for a newborn baby. They are so unprofessional and have not taken any responsibility for what they have done to us financially and the stress. Please avoid them and yopa who recommend them.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMov8 did a wonderful job. We had a six week window until our completion date and the team were exceptional, professional & very, very prompt. They managed to get us into our new home before Christmas with the minimum of fuss. When we are selling in the future we will go through Mov8. Highly recommended.

We had a very rushed timeline, with time pressure from our housing developers to complete a Part Exchange and secure all the information towards buying our new build property that we felt overwhelmed. We used MOV8 for both the sale of our property in Edinburgh and the purchase of a new one in Glasgow. Both transactions were undertaken during Covid, so we were all dealing with unfamiliar territory regarding the impact on the market, fast-changing rules regarding people's movement, etc. MOV8 impressed us with how quickly they responded to operating in the new environment, and everything seemed organised around reducing any negative impact on their clients. For the sale our contact was Jillian Western, and Collette McFarlane for the purchase. At every step of the way, both Jillian and Collette provided reliable counsel, a reassuring voice and a steady guiding hand. MOV8 have certainly got the 'customer service' balance between professional and friendly just right, and from beginning to end there is no doubt that this is a team on your side and dedicated to taking the stress out of moving house. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently sold my house with MOV8 so decided to continue with them for the purchase of my next home. The service received was excellent, particularly from Tracy and Robyn in the new build purchase team. I had a handful of "oh and another thing" type of questions for them over the weeks and all were answered very quickly and supportively. The online portal was also useful and intuitive for keeping track of progress / submitting documents, which I wish I had logged into sooner!

GoogleWe had a very difficult sake of a ex council house after my mum died. Tara Mae dealt with it very professionally despite it being a major challenge from a title deed pont of view. I would definitely use mov8 again.
