Second time I’ve used mov8 and this time I had to chase from day one up until now and it has been a very different experience with Leah and staff. And at end there was a serious issue which again I sorted out and if I didn’t it could have had serious consequences so I’m not best pleased. Will not use again after this differing experience. I’d suggest staying away.If it’s in hand then why hasn’t anyone been in touch as they said they would today.

This was my first time selling a property. From my initial valuation appointment through to the visits of the surveyor and photographer all of the agents I met were punctual knowledgeable and friendly. Once the process moved online, again I was mostly very happy with the service I received, everyone was helpful and responded quickly to my queries and explained everything very clearly. My only slight criticism is that on several occasions I was contacted by more than one person for the same reason, or asked to provide the same information more than once. I feel these systems could be tightened up as it does make one feel a little uneasy about the organisation of the process. All in all though a very good experience.

It would have been 5 stars if Neelum Jadoon had been dealing with the sale of my property from the beginning, but unfortunately she wasn't.Since she started managing the sale, she kept me up to date all the way with regular emails and phone calls. She was very informative, explaining things simply and was also professional.Before Neelum was managing the sale, I was not kept up to date and constantly had to phone and email for updates.I wish Neelum the best for the future and would have no hesitation in recommending MOV8 to others, but only if she were to be managing the sale.

First time I have used a non traditional estate agent (so to speak) and found the experience excellent both from a professional and value for money experience. Special mention to Daniel Ferguson who responded professionally, quickly and frequently to my phone calls and questions. No hesitation in using Mov8 in the future or recommending their services to friends and acquaintances.One minor point to make, which applies to all estate agents, is consideration of the need for hard copy schedules in the digital age. Very few viewers pick them up or ask for them these days based on my experience on this transaction.House was sold very quickly and at a price exceeding value so well done Mov8.

I used mov8 to sell a flat, both for the initial selling and the solicitor work. The assigned solicitor (Neelum) was great, I explained to Neelum that prior to her being assigned the negotiators at Mov8 seemed very busy before the property was under offer, Neelum said she’d ensure that my experience of the solicitor work would be exemplary, which it was. Neelum updated me at all points, was always on hand to ensure any questions I had were answered, was very thorough and professional, and overall did an excellent job. The missives were completed very quickly (I was keen they were completed ASAP) and I think this was largely due to Neelum ensuring any outstanding items were dealt with immediately and making me aware of any input required from me ASAP. I can’t think of a single negative comment or anything which could be improved about the solicitor work once it started and would highly recommend Neelum. Selling property is a stressful process, and when you feel that you have someone on your side (which I did) it helps a great deal as you can be confident that everything is being handled correctly and promptly. For the estate agency side, I'd say maybe hire more people, although when I did speak to people they were good, just appeared to be heavily overworked.To clarify the four star rating, it's due to the estate agency side being overworked, for the solicitor work individually I would have very happily rated 5 out of 5.

Mov8 was a good company to work with, Kevin Conway in particular.When you phoned them you were met with a very polite and friendly voice always willing to help,unfortunately every time you phoned you encountered a different person and they were very seldom able to pass you to the person you had been dealing with which caused minor frustration for both the seller and the clients wishing to view.Having said this with their guidance I was able to sell the property in under two weeks which was first class.Thanks Kevin and the team at Mov8John F

I am very happy with my experience with Mov8, but especially from my solicitor, Courtney, who has been organising my purchase of my first home.Courtney has made the process of buying my first home so much less stressful than I expected. She has always been patient with me, no matter how daft the question might seem, and helped make me feel more confident in the process. I felt looked after especially as a first time buyer with no experience and a lot of concerns!I would recommend the service, especially if you get Courtney, and I will be paying what I was quoted which is always a plus!

Just sold our house with the help of Alan Craig. He has been great start to finish, kept us in the loop regularly without using legal jargon and made things as straight forward as they can possibly be! This was a a breath of fresh air having dealt with solicitors in the past who don’t answer their phone or reply to emails weeks down the line with minimal information. Amazing service from start to finish again. Would always use this firm for selling and buying . The team are exceptional . Last week a purchased a flat and when I was on my way to collect the keys from MOv8 , my car broke down in a city centre car park. I was unable to leave so I contacted Alan at move8 to advise my situation . Within 20 mins he brought the keys to me at the car park to make sure I got them on time. What a service !!!! Already recommended them to other friends and colleagues and they have all said the same Thankyou

The process of selling our home has been made so much easier with Mov8. We're delighted at the fantastic price they secured for us with the house selling 11 days after going onto the market with a choice of six offers! This was an amazing experience. Buying your first house is horrifyingly complex, having a conveyancer that can pull backflips and jump through hoops is a huge bonus. Our conveyancer was Maryanne Swan, I am not an easy client. I changed my mind often, I am perpetually wanting answers to the smallest of questions. She was phenomenal, she really made us feel safe and she KNOWS what she's talking about. We cant recommend Mov8 enough, I'm a client of theirs 3 times now and each time delivers working knowledge and personal touches.

The whole team at MOV8 have been amazing throughout the whole process of buying my first home. Everyone told me I would constantly be chasing solicitors but this has 100% not been the case. Even after my mortgage offer only coming through at the very last minute the day before I was due to get the keys Tracy stepped in and done everything in her power to make sure I got them on time. This solicitor came to my rescue at the very last minute, and when I say last minute, I had 3 hours to put an offer in on an apartment and we went through our paperwork and offer submitted within two hours. Not an everyday situation for sure, but this team went above and beyond, especially for a new client. Very grateful for your assistance and hopefully completing this transaction!
