When deciding to sell and subsequently buy a new home we were referred to Mov8 by Yopa.We will be eternally grateful for the service provided by Mov 8 especially the lawyer for our case Alan Craig whose attention to detail and organisation is faultless and throughout the process brought comfort and guidance. The digital services and administration process is reassuring and transparent. The buy/sell process didn’t occur without some bumps in the road but Alan’s wealth of experience and knowledge smoothed these out. Having never been involved in a selling chain we were very unsure of the process and couldn’t help but feel apprehension occasionally. Alan settled these apprehensions and asked all the pertinent questions to get us to completion. I Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mov 8 and if your fortunate enough to be a client of Alan you’ll be in very safe hands.

I absolutely cannot fault Mov8, they have been amazing in helping with the purchase of our new home. They have helped make everything very simple and straightforward. Have answered any questions we had and although felt we were asking silly questions never made us feel that way. We felt totally at ease and had compete confidence that the purchase was all in hand and in line with time line as outlined. I cannot recommend them more and we will use them in the future. Mov8 were fantastic. We can’t fault them at any stage. From the first valuation meeting with Alan to accepting the offer. Everyone we’ve spoken to through the process has been professional and knowledgeable. Even at one stage our negotiator was off on leave for a day someone else was able to pick up our case and carry on without delay. I like how whenever I’ve phoned there’s no holding on the line waiting for someone. Emails are responded too quickly as well. We are first time sellers so we probably had some questions which were on the phone a wee bit more often than usual but all the way through we felt valued as customers dealing with negotiators who genuinely wanted to help, so shout out to Robbie for answering all my questions! It’s been a great service! We would highly recommend Mov8.

Rachel Curran guided me through the process of selling my flat, backed up by colleagues in the office making bookings, and all of them worked to keep me updated. There was a lot of interest, assisted by great photographs and the Mov8 signage at my property, which arrived promptly.Everyone i dealt with was incredibly helpful, and i found the portal was a great tool for checking when people had made an appointment.I would like to convey my thanks to Rachel, who appreciates that selling a property can be daunting, i felt i could ask her any questions i had, and the fact she was still able to speak to me after 5pm, made this a very quick process, and the property sold for a good price, within a couple of weeks.

Mov8 we’re great start to finish. Ross came out and talked us through the services that they provided and the costs involved.Once we signed up, all our ID documents were uploaded to a platform that was very easy to use. We were assigned a negotiator to help us through the selling process. Emma was amazing and took the time to talk through the process and caveats in an offer that we received.Mov8 also have a great system to track your offers, notes of interest, arranged viewings, feedback and all the property documents.I would definitely use Mov8 again.

Mov8 were great throughout the sale of our property. Alan came round to value our place quickly after we contacted them. Once it became clear that we needed to sell our place quickly to not lose out on the property we were buying, Mov8 worked extremely fast and well to get the photos taken, the home report survey carried out and put the house on the market. Pictures and survey done on Thursday and the house was up on ESPC on Friday evening, in time for an open viewing on Sunday! We received around 20 viewers in 12 days and everyone at Mov8 did a fantastic job of booking in more viewers, and following up viewers for potential interest. Rachel Curran was especially excellent, easy to communicate with and always available. This is was key when we received an offer, which required making a decision in 60 min, while also calling off viewers that were already booked in. Rachel worked incredibly well, under extreme pressure, and everything worked out very well.

The photo’s and schedule was extremely good and very professional looking. I felt informed throughout the process and Rachel was on hand to offer sound advice regarding offers and feedback throughout. From day one Mov8 have been extremely efficient and helpful the Home Report, Photographs and Schedule were all completed within few days with no errors. When negotiations were in progress Rachel our Property Negotiator offered good advice when we had an offer on the property and negotiated on our behalf ensuring the best possible outcome. It’s been a very slick experience we sold our property within a week of it going live. We would definitely recommend Mov8 to our friends and family.
