TrustpilotGreat service!
Mov8 provided us with a great service for the sale of our property. Alan was very friendly, explained everything clearly and always called or emailed back right away whenever we had questions. All went smoothly despite last minute unexpected hiccups which were no one’s fault. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Thanks, Patricia! Do please recommend us to your family and friends and we will be happy to help them too!

TrustpilotI would strongly caution anyone to consider someone else
I would strongly caution anyone considering using MOV8. My experience has been nothing short of stressful and poorly managed. I’ve been repeatedly passed between different people, with no one taking clear ownership of my case. Important documentation was only requested at the very last minute, despite me moving within a week. I have had to chase responses, endure unnecessary stress, and waste time because of their lack of organisation. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a house move.

TrustpilotMOV8 conveyancing service was exceptional..
MOV8 were referred by Your move and helped with a Scottish property sale from abroad. Fees were competitive and service levels were exceptional, in hindsight I should have used MOV8 for all conveyancing/legal matters. Kim Baillie was awesome, a prompt and concise communicator who provided a great level of service. Would definitely recommend for others.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review for us! We think Kim is awesome too!

TrustpilotMOV8 Real Estate Exceeded Our Expectations
MOV8 Real Estate exceeded all of our expectations with their exceptional service and expertise in both the sale and onward purchase of our New build house. From our first meeting, the team demonstrated an unparalleled knowledge of the local market and provided invaluable advice that made the entire process smooth and stress-free.|Stand out services include the photography which really made our wee cottage stand out and then the conveyancing where they were able to take our case and win against Cala's own solicitors.
Thanks, Andy! We all take a great deal of pride in what we do and how we do it so your comments mean the world to us!

GoogleI recently used MOV8 Solicitors for the legal side of my property transaction, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They guided me through the entire conveyancing process with clear communication, timely updates, and expert advice. Every step was handled with care and attention to detail, giving me full confidence that everything was being managed correctly behind the scenes. What stood out most was their ability to keep things moving smoothly without delays or unnecessary complications. Whenever I had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly, and I was never left in the dark about what was happening or what was needed next. MOV8 made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-organised. Their online systems also made document handling and communication quick and convenient, which was a real bonus. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive solicitor for your property transaction, I highly recommend MOV8. Their service was truly first-class from start to finish.

They were fast, efficient and very prompt to reply to any of our emails or queries throughout the while process. Our solicitor, Charlotte, was particularly helpful and we are grateful that she was so diligent every step of the way. TrustpilotHighly recommend
Using Mov8 we sold our house within a week, all aspects from first contact to marketing to arranging viewing was highly professional. Ben and the team communicated quickly and answered all our questions swiftly when we asked them. Perhaps the biggest recommendation comes from a number of viewers who commented on how quickly Mov8 responded, not always their experience with other agencies and solicitors.
Thanks Hugh! Thank you so much for your kind comments, we understand the importance of good communication throughout and aim for this every time! We hope to see you again when the time comes.

GoogleMy first POC at mov8 was Erin, she was courteous and prompt with all her dealings with us. Kudos also goes to Gillian my solicitor, who was spot on in all our conversations, she was so friendly, nice and always there to answer all our queries. She also keeps to her promises on feedbacks. I won't forget to add Ryan for his excellent and professional carriage. To the entire team, we want you to know that every small contribution really adds up. Your hard work has made all the difference, and we couldn't be more grateful for it. Your exceptional teamwork and dedication never cease to amaze us. Thank you for all that you do, it truly makes our journey to the property ladder an easy one. I will surely recommend Mov8 for seamless property dealings.
Your wonderful comments have us all simply beaming with pride! Thank you very much, from everyone of us here at MOV8!

TrustpilotFirst time buyer
Courtney was fantastic from start to finish. I was unsure about a lot of aspects being a first time buyer and she was approachable and helpful. Guided me through the process in an understanding way, offered expert advice, always made herself available and was very clear about costs involved. I could not fault Courtney or MOV8 at all.
Thanks, Stuart! Buying for the first time can make for an anxious time but you're in good hands with Courtney on your side!

This is the 4th time we have worked with Alan and his team. We have sold twice and bought twice. This time we were very restricted for time. Yet again Mov8 lived up to expectations and beyond. From initial contact to move in date was extremely fast and communication was very good. I can’t recommend mov8 highly enough.
Thanks, Graeme! Great to have you back with us again!

TrustpilotExcellent and patient service
Excellent and patient service. I am a first time seller, and Rachel was superb in handling our sale from start to finish. Rachel provided clear and concise information and advise on how to proceed, as well as keeping me informed of every step along the way. The end result was more than i had hoped, and this would have been in no small part down to the advice received throughout the process.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, Lewis! Rachel is an experienced sales negotiator and always gives 100% to each of her clients and her extensive market knowledge regularly brings strong results. The whole team at MOV8 Real Estate, especially Rachel, will be pleased to read your comments.

Trustpilot''MOV8 were recommended by my estate…
''MOV8 were recommended by my estate agent, brilliant from start to finish. I work away from home and was kept up to date by regular emails and phone calls. Any questions were replied to promptly and they were in regular contact with the buyers solicitor to ensure that everything was progressing. If I needed a solicitor again I would have no hesitation in contacting MOV8''
