Not one of my friends wanted to recommend a lawyer to me when buying my first home, as they all didn’t have good experiences, I was giving MOV8s details from my mortgage advisor and just took the chance. However, I can confidently say I would recommend MOV8 to my friends and family now, everything went so smoothly. I had lots of questions due to being a first timer buyer, and they answered them all quickly, the seller also wanted a fast sale, and they handled everything efficiently and kept me in the loop at all times.

Moving house made easy as possible Dealing with MOV8 is great. There is always someone on hand to deal with any questions that arise. If the usual contact is busy, whoever answers the phone seems to be up to date with what is going on with our sale. Mov8 were quick and efficient in the preparation of getting my house on the market. Within a week the photos had been taken, the home report was done and the advertising with schedules/boards and the espc had all been arranged. Sarah from Mov8 was excellent in helping with the sale of my house. She kept me fully informed in every step from the start to the end. She was really on the ball and following her advice my house was sold quite quickly. I have already recommended Mov8 to a friend at work who are going to use them for the sale of their property too and will happily recommend them to anyone else. A complete, slick, transparent service

We have enlisted the services of MOV8 to market the sale of our property twice in 4 years. We were particularly impressed by the quality of their marketing and images of our property so didn’t hesitate to use them again. The second time we had to work a little harder with them to bring to life the town where we were selling our home as there wasn’t enough effort to sell its benefits. However, all praise to the conveyancing process which was excellent, slick, swift and transparent. The whole process was relatively easy. Love Mov8, first time using them and had a great experience. Great service from Emma and the viewing team, very professional, responsive at all times (day and night).
