Tracy has provided me and my children…

Tracy has provided me and my children with excellent service. We were finding it very difficult at the time, no one out there would give us a mortgage because my children inherited money and my own money was getting put into the mortgage. A lot of companies did not want to take the risk. Tracy never gave up constantly finding other resources. We are now this week moving into our new home and it is all thank you to Tracy at MOV8. First time.... Top Service...Wont use anyone else.....

First time selling and buying a new house, I cannot recommend Mov8 enough, From the initial valuation, appointments were very flexible, Fraser was on time and knew his stuff about the area and did exactly what he said he would. At this point we were unsure if we were putting our property on the market, No pressure at all from Mov8 after valuation. I had a few other valuations and none were to the standard and Detail Mov8 did. We required everything done quickly which was no hassle for them, Pictures done and looked good, For Sale sign, I did request another which again was no problem and up within days.A special Thanks to Rachel Curran, our property Negotiator, having never done this before, we asked lots of question and were no problem for Rachel. Anytime I called to ask a question, I had Rachels direct number which I always got through to her on, if she was not in, she called back quickly. Our house sold within 14 days over Christmas and New year which was incredible, Viewings were made easy and Rachel spoke to us most days, on numerous times, she actually apologised for calling too much, however we thought it was great getting this much attention to detail from Rachel.If I ever sell or buy a house again, it will be with Mov8.Oh.. and they were cheaper than other quotes but gave a real 5 star serviceThank you again,Ian

5 Star Tracy McAlpine.

There aren’t words to express how Thankful my family and I are to Tracy McAlpine of Mov8. We reserved our new build home in Bearsden, Glasgow on the 30th of November and moved in on the 19th of December. Even an experienced builder like Cala homes who deal with hundreds of professionals weekly, could not believe how on top of the process Tracy was in the effort to get everything done before Christmas. Tracy is reliable, trustworthy, honest and above everything has unbelievable communication skills. Responses were quick and clear. I cannot even comment on how quick issues were sorted as Tracy was so ahead of the process nothing became an issue. If anyone is wondering where to go when buying a house I would suggest they beg for Tracy to help them. The team involved in selling my property have been excellent. In doing the valuation Finlay was clear with information and polite. There was no hard sell, just a polite phone call a couple of weeks later, thus interest without pressure was really appreciated. Emma and Rachel were so supportive even when I got a bit stressed (not related to mov8) and their advice on the market and how to react was excellent. I had been worried about the sale due to business at work but it was easier than I expected due to solid advice.

Really happy with Mov8. Throughout the process of buying and selling they were extremely helpful and informative.Scott who came to value our home was personable and honest. Giving us a good indication of the value and costs. Joanne (Property negotiator) was a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond to emails and constantly keeping us up to date with developments. Really Poor Customer Service

Gave 1 star as you have to give something in order to write a review.There isn't enough space here to write about all the incredibly poor customer service from this shambles of an estate agents.Here are just a few incidents:When the sale of my property (and as a consequence my purchase) fell through there was a serious lack of communication and what seemed to be a complete disregard for the people concerned. Even though they were aware on the Friday morning, the mov8 negotiator didn't contact the solicitor for my purchase until the Monday! There was no apology or this and the excuse "we were wrapping things up at our end on Friday." There were numerous phone calls that were not returned and even an email or two that were simply archived without a response. Keeping the customer updated didn't seem to be high on the agenda.The previous owners of the property I purchased took items that were supposed to be left. Even though they were in breach of contract, my mov8 solicitor advised me to replace them myself as their solicitor never responded to his email requesting that they return them or pay for replacements. It appears you can take items to the value of £400 from the property you are selling (items that a legally binding contract states that you must leave in the property) as the first £400 of any claim against the seller must be funded by the purchaser.As a result of my experience, I have advised friends and colleagues who have been putting their properties on the market to avoid mov8. I've bought and sold several properties over the last 25 years and unfortunately they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Cannot thank mov8 enough for all their help! Scott was lovely, he came out and made us feel very relaxed about the whole process. Then Ross (mortgage advisor) helped us feel confident in what we could afford. Then last but not least, Rachel- what a star! She was always on the other end of the phone, reassuring us, calming us down, keeping us upto date and most importantly kept us right with what we should be doing.
