I was very impressed with the way Tyla picked up my rushed requirement to submit an offer on a property. I didn't have my offer accepted on that one but had already decided to continue working with Tyla due to her brilliant communication, keeping me up to date, always responding quickly to any queries. The next property I liked Tyla got in an offer immeadiatley and it was accepted; there were a few things to iron out but it didn't take long to sort and Tyla was always on top of the process. No chasing required. I would thoroughly recommend their / Tyla's services. The process of concluding the sale was also excellent. Gareth was always helpful and swift in replying to any queries. The house sale went through very smoothly. I would highly recommend the company and will use them in the future for any legal work.

Email and phone them to arrange a viewing for a flat, tell them I can do Monday to Wednesday anytime. And they get back to me, ask if Thursday or Weekend is possible. (The flat is literally empty and no one live there) If a estate agent is asking a potential buyer to cater into “Their Schedule” What else can I say?

Jonny went well beyond the call of duty for us. He gave us some really great advice of what to do, and more importantly what not to do ahead of putting the flat on the market. He was available all hours of the day and is an absolute credit to your company. A special thanks must go to Logan as well who was an absolute superstar. He was very informative of bids coming in, and viewing feedback. Between Jonny and Logan we got over £40,000 more than we were expecting. For anybody thinking of selling a property in Glasgow, look no further than McEwan Fraser Legal. Their fees are certainly higher than other agents but the results speak for themselves. I appointed Craig at McEwan Fraser Legal to sell a number of properties for me on a development. Craig achieved great results and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Fee structure was reasonable with MFL and the big benefit over competitors is that they are open until midnight whilst others shut at 5 or 6pm when most buyers are actually available having finished work etc. Highly recommend Craig & McEwan Fraser Legal if you want results!

As a result of lockdown and our property location, he somehow managed to produce a stunning brochure from home taken pictures. I absolutely could not fault McEwan Fraser Legal, 5 star service Buying my first house in South Bridge, Edinburgh during a pandemic is never ideal, and I'm very glad that I chose McEwan Fraser Legal to handle the legal process for me. After applying for their call back consultation via their website, I received a phone call at the time I specified. From there my offer to the seller was drafted and I was kept in the loop throughout. I also want to give an enormous thank you to Kim and Sarah who were a huge help when there were delays beyond my control. They also went above and beyond in dealing with the sellers solicitors who were difficult to deal with at times. They are very fast to react to our queries especially Holly who was only ever a phone call away and kept us well in the loop with what was going on before we went on the market. From my first consultation around putting my property on the market to the sale of the property and legal completion - I experienced the highest levels of professionalism from McEwan Fraser. The customer portal allowed me and any McEwan Fraser staff member to track all the necessary documentation, viewings and feedback so it doesn’t matter who you spoke to in the office everyone is aware of the next steps and can provide information in a matter of minutes. This is especially important as I am working full time from home and have limited time to make calls and found it reassuring that I did not have to explain the situation each time I called.
