Secondly, Lewis did a great job during the soliciting process after my offer was accepted. I purchased a property through them some time ago, the agent who dealt with the matter was Maya Vassileva James. The whole process through McEwan took ages to complete, the staff I dealt with when Maya was on holidays were clueless when trying to chase things up or just generally enquire about this matter. When I finally bought the property there were outstanding fixtures to be made. I was given a week in writing to disclose what needs to be fixed but when contacting Maya within the given time frame, all she said is along the lines of "you were late to respond, it's not our business and good luck to you" and ignored my e-mails ever since, leaving me to deal with the issues myself from my own pocket. This firm is interested in your money, not in the service to you as a customer. If you have a choice avoid them and find someone who will actually do the job they are paid for. p.s. Zero stars should be made a score after what I've experienced with Maya's laziness, lying and lack of respect along with the rest of the bunch at Fraser's.

Craig our surveyor has been faultless through the whole process. From initial contact and discussing values and the full process all the way through to moving day he was exceptional. His estimate for final sale price was very accurate to what we did achieve and sold the house within 6 days and lots of viewings. He was always available via text or call to discuss anything we had a question about and would go over and above expectations. We are based in highlands and most people use local estate agents but Craig and his team were exceptional and really stood out from the crowd. Stephanie D did all the in-house legal processes for both our sale and purchase and again responsive and faultless. They ran rings round solicitors both sides. I would and will absolutely use them again when we next come to sell. Thanks again!

First Time Buyers Experience. Our house went Live on the market on a Friday, we arranged to see it on the Saturday, discovered this was our ideal home and wanted to act quickly. Saturday afternoon began our search for a solicitor, a Google search showed that all our local solicitors were closed until Monday. Thankfully McEwan Fraser are available at weekends, they asked for our home report late Saturday afternoon and provided us with feedback on it by Saturday evening. By Monday we discovered the property went to a closing date, we were given excellent advice when it came to making our bid and by Friday, less than a week since we viewed, our offer was accepted. We were guided and kept upto date throughout the conveyancing process, and Robyn did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was in place for a smooth transaction, and answering any questions that we had. less than 8 weeks and we had our keys. We were hugely impressed by the customer service we received from both Kenneth Daley and Gemma Hayward, both very professional and efficient.
