I sold my property with McEwan Fraser Legal 6 weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend. I am a few days away from handing the keys over to the new owners and I am still waiting on an explanation as to why I was initially quoted a price which has now increased by almost 1k after seeing the first actual breakdown of costs. I was told a price when the rep visited but nothing was left in writing. It wasn’t until I asked for a breakdown I was then shocked to see the change in cost. I have sold several homes and I don’t feel you receive any better a service from this company as opposed to other Estate Agents which are half the price. My only advice is don’t be foolish like I was and get everything in writing from them.

Myself and my girlfriend have just bought our very first house through McEwan Fraser legals for the conveyancing. I have to say McEwan Fraser were excellent throughout our purchase and I couldn't fault their communication as they kept us up to date through the entire process! We really liked the fact that we could speak to the legal department in the evenings and weekends, and we thought their fees were transparent and represented great value for money. I would highly recommend using them as right from the start they keep you up to date with what is happening with your property. They provide you access to your personal notice board which shows up to date information as things progress with your house sale. Having bought and sold a property with McEwan Fraser Legal they have given us a great experience. They carried out our conveyancing and everything ran as smooth as clockwork. They kept us in the loop at all stages which was much needed as I can be anxious and they understood this. I would recommend this company to anyone but particularly to anyone who needs a lot of reassurance along the way. I cannot commend them enough especially those I had most direct contact with, Magnus, Elaine and Natasha. They were all amazing. And every time my husband went into the office he was greeted with much friendliness. Great company.

I'm really happy with the service provided by McEwan Fraser. I met Sean on a number of occasions when he came out to value my property and arranged getting it on the market. Amanda oversaw the selling process and gave me sound advice when I wasn't sure what to do for the best. There's a lovely team of guys who work really hard until midnight and all weekend drawing in as many potential buyers as possible. It pays to invest in an estate agent that works hard to get your property sold quickly and for the best price.

Hi I have just sold my property in Tillicoultry in 10 days thanks to the the excellent service from McEwan Fraser Legal. From Gemma's initial visit, to photography, leaflet and the excellent Nicola who kept us updated on a daily basis, I found the experience a positive one and would recommend this company. The sale process was very smooth, Dianne and Nick in sales and Sarah in legal were excellent and always willing to answer any questions I had. The late opening hours certainly helped. They always kept me informed on how the sale and conveyancing was progressing and were always available on the phone if I had any questions or queries. I was extremely happy to get an offer after 2.5 weeks of my property going on the market that was higher than the home report valuation, in quite a busy market. I will certainly be recommending McEwan Fraser to friends in future.

Great service all round from Peter Reid the local surveyor to Amanda Kasson handling the sales side in the office. Scott Marshall the photographer and Ally Clark the brochure designer both did sterling jobs as well. Still can hardly believe that this was all achieved, and under offer, within three weeks. I met many staff members at McEwan over the time the house was on the market, and each and every one of them was professional, encouraging, caring and helpful.
