Very client centric approach - faultless teamwork We naturally tend to complain more than we compliment but I’d thought I should definitely take a few minutes to acknowledge all McEwan Fraser good work and support with my property sale. I achieved my primary objective: to sell my property and although the buyer took his time to materialise and not exactly at the level of price initially envisaged (market reality!), all the steps, from marketing & price management from Rebecca on the property side to Josephine on the Legal side were seamless. All the way to the cash account which was faultless. MFL demonstrated a very client centric approach by their repeated willingness to go the extra mile and look for solutions to assist a remote landlord, for what was a relatively small transaction - thank you. So MFL people, their client portal and processes were seamless and did stand up to their valuer, Jayne Smith, promises.PositiveProfessionalism

From very early on in the process of moving home everyone we dealt with from McEwan Fraser Legal (MFL) gave us an excellent and friendly service. We were given lots of good advice and help which allowed us to press forward with the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. Each of our contacts at the different stages of the process were very quick to respond to queries and always kept us updated whenever anything happened. The online portal was a nice feature that meant we could check on our viewing appointments and marketing stats at any time. We also liked that we knew potential buyers could phone MFL at nights or weekends to book viewings. When it came to making offers we took advantage of the equity release facility MFL have which made us chain free and a more attractive buyer. The home that we eventually bought agreed to take the property off the market when we made our offer thanks to this feature. During the process of finalising contracts and completing the sale and purchase, we were kept very well informed and questions were answered quickly. We felt very confident that everything was under control and progressing well. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the service we received. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend MFL to friends and family. If we ever decide to move again there's absolutely no doubt we would use MFL.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
