After trying to arrange a viewing of a property for almost 6 weeks (!), I eventually realized that the property went under offer without having chance to visit it (or being informed about it) Nevertheless, they did not "forget" to share my contact details with a mortgage advisor (I had given my prior consent first time they got in touch with me)

We found our overall experiance to be absolutely disgusting, from start to finish the whole process of proceedings with purchasing our new home was extremely poor. The solicitor was very hard to contact/very unprofessional via email and uncooperative making the whole proccess of nearly a 12 week wait very stressful!! Avoid!!

Having now accepted an offer after only 1 week of the house going on the market, McEwan Fraser Legal have been excellent from the start. Open until midnight - massive plus both for ourselves as sellers and prospective buyers. Great communication both over the phone and email, plus the MFL online Account section is excellent in being able to view interested parties, status of offers and on-line viewing stats.
