GoogleOnly ever had good experiences with Littlejohns, always reply quickly to any maintenance requests, inspections are friendly and not too intrusive. Overall give you a great balance of life as a renter and facilitated a great 6.5 years in the centre of Edinburgh. Thanks again guys!

GoogleHaving had my fair share of nightmare letting agencies, I have to say that Littlejohns Ltd were different. They always responded promptly to any issues with the property and were always professional. Most importantly they always let me know well in advance before inspections were due. The whole process from check in to check out ran smoothly for me. Thanks and keep up the good work!

GoogleWe own a flat in Lothian Road where Littlejohns are Agents for four other flats in the stair. Ever since Raine became involved, our engagement with Littlejohns has been exceptional - she is a gem. In particular, she has made arrangements for regular stair cleaning & the shared back green to be cleared of rubbish, along with dealing with shop owners at ground level. Thanks!

Issues with the flats are sorted immediately, and the renting/leasing process has been easy and friendly. They also responded very well during COVID-19 lockdowns, and have been very understanding and supportive.

GoogleMe and my flatmate were two students trying to find a flat during COVID times and let me tell you, were LittleJohns so nice and understanding. Very quick with repairs and answering queries. We would rent with these guys again in a heartbeat.

GoogleLittlejohns will ignore the bug and internet problem in your mouldy room but let themselves in unannounced as they please. Woe betide thee if you complain too much though as they'll turf you out once they've stopped chuckling to each other when they think you can't hear. Not evil - just utterly useless. Littlejohns? Massivefacepalms more like. (Tenant for more than a year.)

GoogleMy boyfriend rented a flat with them. Terrible. He had a mouse in his flat and they just told him to put down traps. It was eating the floor boards.. and then they wouldn't give him back the full deposit of 750 pounds because of a damaged wall that was caused by the previous tenant (and not him!) Never rent with them!
