I'm sincere when saying the maintenance team consisting of Manger Scott and Rebecca, property managers Sarah, Alisa, Maggie, Campbell amongst others are without doubt the most helpful, Informative and most important responsive team I have pleasure of working alongside. I was with LJ for two years and everything was relatively straightforward from moving in to moving out. Only issues I had in that time was the bathroom extractor and fire alarm needed replacing, both of which got sorted quickly. I think I had three inspections (took less than 5 minutes) in two years, standard stuff. They even asked the landlord on my behalf if I could get a cat (unfortunately landlord said no). Ailsa was my property manager and she was great if you happen to get her. Mary was also very helpful. I'd also suggest trying to get them on the phone over email because I think they're a small team, you'll get a quicker response. Would recommend LJ and would likely have stayed with them if I hadn't moved cities.

Littlejohn's have managed my property for me for nearly 13 years. In that time the property has been vacant for only a couple of weeks. The team have been fantastic, providing me with a great and consistent level of service. Currently living abroad, I very much appreciate and trust everyone in the team I interact with. Special shout out to Sarah in that regard. I have also associated with other larger agents managing my partners property and they have fallen well short in comparison. Very professional and superb letting agency. We have been tenants with Littlejohns for a while now. It has been a great experience from day one. The house was deep cleaned and in a nice condtiton when we moved in. The staff are lovely. Everyone in the team (who we worked with) has been professional, helpful and easy to reach when necessary.. They also have a great set of contractors who have never let us down. They communicate with the landlord and contractors to sort out any issues promptly. Overall a peaceful stay with Littlejohns.

We are so grateful to Carolyn who helped us to do all the necessary documentation which helped to move into our first rented house in Edinburgh. We would like to pass on our thanks to Littlejohns and especially Mary. Our son is in his 2nd year at Edinburgh Uni hence 1st year of having to find non university accommodation. Neither myself, my wife or our son have had to negotiate our way through this minefield and without the help of Mary I'm not sure we would have been successful. We looked at a number of properties with other letting agents and all bar 2 of them haven't even had the decency to Inform us of the outcome of the viewing either positive or negative. Littlejohns and Mary have been professionally they have kept in full contact throughout this process. I rented with Littlejohns for 4 years in Morningside. I'm not a fan of renting because of the obvious pitfalls it creates in society, however.. I cannot fault these guys At all. Any repairs, done promptly. changing tenants, super easy. Full deposit returned, and the staff, Especially Mary, were actually pretty great. As things are many more of us will struggle and with exorbitant rent. Littlejohns were very decent in every regard. You could do worse. 5 stars.

As a tenant renting through Littlejohns for just under 2 years, it is with pleasure that I recommend this company to other tenants. As with most Scottish agents, the application process is pretty rigorous. I didn't exactly satisfy all requirements when signing up to rent, but after consideration and alternative solutions, I was soon given the keys to my new home. Right from the start of my tenency the agency has been very responsive to requests or maintenance requests with issues promptly dealt with within days not weeks. Littlejohn has been a great highlight for me as the process to start over life proves a bit hard, especially with Corona in the midst. I've never been to the UK before now and my country of birth, British Virgin Islands, is very very different to that of UK. I have been living in one of LittleJohns' flats since 2016. The whole renting process was very easy and smooth. Whenever there is an issue, it gets resolved quickly. I've had an excellent experience as a tenant with Littlejohn's. From the beginning the office staff were friendly and helpful, and the move in was handled smoothly. My property manager Raine was keen to make sure I had settled in well and was quick to respond to any communication. There were a few minor repairs needed which she handled very quickly, and she was especially helpful during the move out process. Littlejohn's are a great letting agent to consider if you have pets, as they have always been fine with my wee cat. All in all I'd highly recommend renting with them.
