GoogleI've rented 1BHK flat with Littlejohns Ltd for almost 2 years. I must say that the staffs at Littlejohns are very helpful and professional. They promptly replied and taken actions for any request I had made for any repairs in the flat. I highly recommend Littlejohns for renting flats.

GoogleI was a tenant with LJ for approx. 6 years and the level of service provided was always very good. Maintenance issues were always dealt with in a professional, quick and fair manner, and LJ contacts were always friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend.

GoogleI wish I could give a zero. I am absolutely disgusted by the service The (don’t ) provide. I have been living in the flat for long time and problems all started when the landrod decided to change agency. Firstly they decided to make me paying an higher rent “or you can leave the place” , accepted that. In November I had no HOT WATER / HEATING FOR 4 days as the only work 9-5 Monday to Friday- absolutely unacceptable- I freezed and I was not able to wash my self!!!!!!! HERE COMES THE BEST- IN MARCH THEY SENT A MAN WITH KEYS TO MY FLAT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW- I WAS NEXT TO MY FRONT DOOR AND HEAR SOMEONE TRYING TO OPEN MY DOOR!!!!! THEY CALLED IT “HUMAN MISTAKE”. Very funny little Johns, very funny. Of corse I have given them my notice, as my privacy is absolutely NOT RESPECTED and, letting trough them you will be 100% UNSAFE. They sent me a ridiculous “check out list”. They said I will be charged £18 per hour did cleaning is not done. They can just try and they will be immediately reported! I went into the flat and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. All the kitchen was very dirty and oily , that I had to clean it, the microwave is all breaking down, asked for one many times never got one, windows where completely black I HAD TO CLEAN THEM, bathroom seeping was disgusting too, my mum cleaned that, the window was broken, asked them from the very first beginning to get that fixed too, waited ages, then got my dad to do it. I could go on and on with things were left broken- dirty and I cleaned them because he agency was absolutely ignoring me. LAST BUT NOT LEAST. MY BOILER PRESSURE WENT DOWN LAST NIGHT. AS I AM NOT ABLE TO DO IT, MY DAD ISNT EITHER AS THERE ARE FAR TO MANY KEYS , I CALLED THEM TODAY AT 12pm AS I AM NOT ABLE TO USE HOT WATER AND THEY SAID I NEED TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY, WHICH MEANS I CANNOT WASH MYSELF FOR 4 days????? JONATAN WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPROFESSIONAL AND HE ALSO HAD THE COURRAGE OF TELLING ME THAT THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY!!!! I WOULD WANT YOU TO BE IN THIS POSITION- again for the second time. The previous agency would send someone in max 2hrs!!!!!!!!!! Marie Hill & Mary are the same - not very useful, go around things and do not do their job properly. I am VERY looking forward to moving out from that place!!!!!! If you are a Landrod avoid them too!!!! GoogleThe service was nice and they have pretty flats all around the city. However the only thing i can tell that they took all my deposit for no reason. So just better not.
Peter, we welcome any review whether it be 5 star or 1 star. However you need to revisit your Tenancy Dispute. The deposit was put into dispute, it then went to adjudication and was upheld in our favour, to say there was no reason is absolutely not correct.

GoogleWe had a disagreement with Little Johns on the checkout. But after going in and speaking with Tom & Scott from maintenance we managed to come to an agreement that works for both parties. Would rent again with LittleJohns.

YellHORRBILE COMPANY WITH IGNORANT STAFF
Worst service ever. I urge you to do your research before signing anything. I wish I had. We moved into our flat and found it to be disgustingly dirty. It was over the holiday season and so we stupidly cleaned the flat ourselves. We took a list of the dirt levels and concerns and passed this over to Littlejohns. No response was given. We lived there happily for around 8 months. No problems. Payments always on time. When it came to check out, they turned very sour, very fast. They were rude on our emails to them when we disputed 3 hours of cleaning after we moved out (we had cleaned very thoroughly as we did not want the next tenants to move into what we had). They didn't want to hear from us. Very dismissive. On calls they aren’t so rude so they obviously hide behind their emails. If you go with them. Take pictures of EVERYTHING on check in and check out. And read the other reviews. Loads of reviews saying the same thing. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH IGNORANT STAFF

GoogleI left the flat spotless and now yet they are still trying to charge me for cleaning! They tend to be a bit evasive, bringing up things when you move out which they never mentioned when you moved in. The company is split in two, maintainance and sales and neither side talks to each other. I'd e-mail in about some issue and they'd be too lazy to forward an e-mail across to the relevant colleague. As a tenant, these guys are bad news, as they'll hit you with hidden extras. As a landlord, they don't communicate effectively and I won't personally trust them with a property.

GoogleOur washing machine broke down last weekend and I reported it to Raine on Monday morning. Raine arranged for an engineer to call same day and thereafter a brand new machine was installed on the Wednesday. Great speedy service from Raine and Littlejohns
