GoogleHopeless, washing machines keep breaking down keep having to report problems with it, not open on Saturdays and Sundays so any repairs that have to be made has to be on Mondays which is ridiculous and especially annoying when it’s a bank holiday Monday.

GoogleAVOID Currently tied up with legal proceedings to try and hang on to deposits. I don't want to go into details publically but this is not just an agent doing the best for their landlords. It's much worse.
