We have been Managing and Letting properties since the early 1990’s. ELC was established in January 2003. We currently manage properties throughout the Lothians and have five key letting agents all of whom make it the special customer focused organisation it has become today. ELC has years of experience in property management. GoogleI have now ended my tenancy with ELC after 2,5 year. I am more than satisfied with the agency. Daniel and Claudia were more than helpful throughtout the period of my tenancy. Definetely recommending them. P.S. I also got my deposit back. Just mentioning this because I have heard a lot of people struggling with this with other agencies.

GoogleThe agent was welcoming and helpful. Showing me around the property with putting on a smile on his face. I was allowed to check everywhere. The property is undergoing some cleaning but I can tell the comfortability of the property. I have always loved rooms with storage or wardrobe and this property has it all. I like that the environment is serine and walkable to some shops around. It was a really nice place and experience.
