We have been Managing and Letting properties since the early 1990’s. ELC was established in January 2003. We currently manage properties throughout the Lothians and have five key letting agents all of whom make it the special customer focused organisation it has become today. ELC has years of experience in property management. I am a landlord and have let my flat via ELC for a number of years. During that time I have had two tenants. Both were carefully selected by ELC and have been good tenants. The first couple stayed for ages and when they moved on to buying their first property, ELC found another excellent tenant without any void period. They are prompt with actioning any repairs required by tenants and prompt in keeping me informed. They are prompt in issuing statements and payments. The team are all lovely and helpful and know the local market well. It is a pleasure to deal with them.
