GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleJake Coldwell helped me secure the most amazing home I've lived in! He made himself and the keys available for me to see it on the same day, and made sure the full process was smooth. He's new on the team but I wouldn't have known as he did a great job! :)
