Having had to deal with a number of agents over the last couple of weeks, some who were 'ok' and some who were 'not so ok', ELC was a breath of fresh air. Every staff member that dealt with the search for a suitable property for me was friendly, patient, supportive, helpful, professional, honest and kind. They were easy to reach, answered emails and phone calls promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I have been their client for a number of years since 2015. All staff are efficient and always keep me informed. Any problem was resolved quickly. The charge is very competitive too. I have a dedicated staff whom I've dealt with in long term. It helps build a good relationship with my agent. Overall, I'm very happy with the ELC and would recommend it.
