We have been Managing and Letting properties since the early 1990’s. ELC was established in January 2003. We currently manage properties throughout the Lothians and have five key letting agents all of whom make it the special customer focused organisation it has become today. ELC has years of experience in property management. As a first time tenant, the process so far has been a little crazy with multiple enquiries, mostly resulting in automated replies. I then came across ELC and have had great service all round. From Sophie in the office who has answered my 101 questions to Morgan who facilitated a very useful review. In case I am not selected for the property in question then I would not hesitate discussing further options with Sophie/Morgan. Highly recommended!

GoogleI applied for a position and was given a zoom interview. I don't use Zoom but I thought I would open an account. I did so and I Logged into Zoom. I haven't used Zoom so I waited till I found there was an issue and tried to call but there was no response. I mailed Daniel that that there was a problem. I called the shop. I asked for a reschedule . Daniel once he replied was rude and dismissive suggesting I had not been there regardless to the fact I clearly tried. If Daniel a reflection of the company attitude to unforseen problems arising I'm glad to be dismissed so easily. I was not late as Daniel suggests I logged into my account on time. He rudley ignores any technical issues and that I made contact with the office and himself. A rude man who only offers a comment once his attitude is brought to the public's attention. GoogleI highly reccomand this Agency. I have very good experience with them. - They helped me a lot with moving in procedure. - When we had problem they offered solution without any question + quickly - Didn't bother me with monthly inspection(s) - When we moved out there was no problem and we got back the full deposit Young and very professional team!
