Arranged to view a flat at earliest offered date and given no indication that there were viewings happening earlier for others. Told day before by text that flat was already let. Extremely inconsiderate.

I was in contact with Amber at DJ Alexander in relation to a rental property. She returned my calls swiftly and was very helpful and prompt to let me know what was going on at each stage. She was not only professional but also supportive in her approach and I was grateful for her help.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
