TrustpilotUnreachable
I haven’t had any experience with this company as they are just always unavailable, be it a call by phone or an attempt to reach by email / application form. It doesn’t give you any trust, so I decided to proceed with other letting agencies despite the fact that these guys have about 1/3 of all of the letting properties at the market under management.
Hi Eugene,It is of great concern that you are disappointed with your experience with D.J. Alexander and we are keen to ensure that these concerns are addressed and resolved. Please contact me at AshleySmith@djalexander.co.uk and include the address of the property you are letting so we can look into this matter for you.
