Amazing Dedication By Paul and His Team

My partner and I recently moved to the UK and enlisted the assistance of DJ Alexander to find the perfect home for us. We met and had the privilege of working with Paul who's kindness, dedication, and professionalism was a massive support to us in such a turbulent time of change. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the areas and the properties within his portfolio, always answering every question we could have before we could even ask it. The process was smooth, well explained, and streamlined in regards to the paperwork side of things, and the use of Goodlord was an innovative and intelligent touch to the process. After having done viewings and working with a few other letting agencies around Edinburgh, we are extremely pleased with our decision to continue working with Paul for how above and beyond he and everyone on his team went to find us our new home. I also want to extend a thank you to Lynsey who was instrumental in helping us to organize our property viewings and who's friendly service and prompt communication was greatly appreciated given everything else going on. Thank you very much Paul and Lynsey for all of your tremendous help and support, it will not be forgotten.

Agents go above and beyond

Abby was hugely helpful to me. Answered all questions in a timely manner, set up service appointments, and gave general guidance as needed. We purchased a flat for our son to live in as a student - and we are in California! She even directed us to a solicitor to complete the purchase. This was an entirely new process for us and very different to how it is done here. Yasser was also extremely helpful with a lot of little details and we are extremely appreciative.

Excellent service all round

Just moved into my new flat and the customer service and support I've had from the start of the process has been excellent.From viewing the flat through to signing the tenancy agreement was such a smooth procedure and only took around 4 days which I thought was insanely fast!Correspondence is always speedy which is awesome and a big shout out to Paul who has been very helpful from the viewing all the way to handing the keys over.

Would highly recommend and use again

Throughout our time renting with DJ Alexander we have had an extremely positive experience from start to finish. If any issue was ever presented they were very attentive and proactive about the situation and kept us highly updated with regular and timely replies. When moving out of our rented property Associate End of Tenancy Property Manager Anna Scott did an incredible job with providing sustainable information to ensure we were able to secure our deposit back! Fantastic experience Giulia was lovely from the get-go incredibly informative and helpful and lovely in person. The whole process was really quick and they kept us updated about our application progress. We got the house which we absolutely loved and 3 months in we are really impressed with the service and care provided. I would highly recommend Guila and DJ Alexander. Also a mention to Christin who was genuinely lovely dealing with our application. Whenever we needed anything Guila and Christin were available to answer any questions.

We were so happy with the help we received from Sarah McIntyre at DJ Alexander's sales department. We have been dealing with the company as landlords the last couple of years, and have been very happy with the information and support. In the process of selling the flat Sarah was most helpful. I have had a few viewings in Edinburgh with the excellent Property Manager Paul Hyett-Czompo. Paul has been extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Although I have not found the right property for me, Paul has helped propose other properties and book me in for viewings.
