We couldn't have asked for a better experience with DJ Alexander assisting us to find and secure our new flat.Natalia Piekarska was a great help in our flat search, assisting us very well despite challenging circumstances surrounding finding a 3 person HMO flat during the busy summer months. The viewing was arranged very efficiently and I found Natalia to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. Any queries were responded to quickly and extra help was always on hand when we needed it.Laura Mctaggart in the applications team was fantastic in letting us know exactly what steps were needed to enable us to sign the lease for the property and get this turned around in a short space of time. Laura was also on hand to provide quick and helpful responses when we had questions.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with DJ Alexander Letting Agents, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Lynsey Burr and Giulia Ceccarelli, who went above and beyond to help me out of a tight spot.On the day of my move, I accidentally left my keys in a bag, which was loaded onto the moving van headed for Edinburgh. To make matters worse, my train was scheduled to reach Edinburgh late at night, which meant I would be stranded outside my new home without a way to get in.In my panic, I reached out to DJ Alexander and was fortunate enough to speak to Lynsey and Giulia. They were incredibly understanding and empathetic and immediately sprang into action to help me out. Despite the late hour, they arranged for a set of keys to be left for me in the drop box, ensuring that I would be able to access my new home upon my arrival in Edinburgh.I am grateful for Lynsey and Giulia's swift and thoughtful response. Our Property Manager Asif went above and beyond with our request to keep a dog in our flat. When we originally asked back in September of 2022, the landlord refused our request. However, deciding to be cheeky, we thought we would ask again a year later in August 2023. To our surprise, Asif went beyond what we ever had expected. He corresponded back and forth with the landlord over a period of a week and managed to convince them to allow us to keep a dog in our flat. I really would recommend Asif to anybody thinking of renting from DJ Alexander. Asif has given my partner and I the opportunity to welcome a dog into our lives - which we never thought would be possible as tenants. Leaving a 5 star review for him, with the additional note that if I could leave more, I would.

Amazing Dedication By Paul and His Team

My partner and I recently moved to the UK and enlisted the assistance of DJ Alexander to find the perfect home for us. We met and had the privilege of working with Paul who's kindness, dedication, and professionalism was a massive support to us in such a turbulent time of change. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the areas and the properties within his portfolio, always answering every question we could have before we could even ask it. The process was smooth, well explained, and streamlined in regards to the paperwork side of things, and the use of Goodlord was an innovative and intelligent touch to the process. After having done viewings and working with a few other letting agencies around Edinburgh, we are extremely pleased with our decision to continue working with Paul for how above and beyond he and everyone on his team went to find us our new home. Agents go above and beyond

Abby was hugely helpful to me. Answered all questions in a timely manner, set up service appointments, and gave general guidance as needed. We purchased a flat for our son to live in as a student - and we are in California! She even directed us to a solicitor to complete the purchase. This was an entirely new process for us and very different to how it is done here. Yasser was also extremely helpful with a lot of little details and we are extremely appreciative.
