We have just purchased a property in Jubilee Park Rogerstone. We have had an excellent experience with all staff involved - Tracey, Laurie, Tracey and Callum. Nothing was ever too much to ask and have been very accommodating when choosing our options as I couldn't make up my mind for the home!! The build is a great quality, we are so happy and cant wait to get settled into our new home. We had looked at numerous new builds within the local surrounding area and these are by far the highest of quality in our opinion. A great location too with great access to the M4 towards Cardiff and Newport.

Absolute nightmare of a company

Absolute nightmare of a company. We are stalled in the buying process because their sales team have lied and misrepresented the detail of the covenants and restrictions they place on households. The home is at the top price, no one is buying them around here, and yet I am a cash buyer who they seem to want to annoy. Appeals for sanity full on deaf ears. Prejudice and hateful staff who dislike my family because we are mixed race and with a disabled boy. Dishonest in the extreme. AVOID at all costs. Nothing they tell you at the start can be relied upon. Dismissive and unhelpful.

Great experience with a very supportive team

We have had an excellent experience with Dandara from the first email enquiry right through to completion and settling in. Bradley and Jonathan in the sales team were very responsive and supportive during the enquiry process and provided us with a great choice of options. We thought the development and the show home were great and decided to reserve our plot.We managed to complete on the planned day with no problems and Dandara kept us well informed throughout. By using their recommended mortgage broker and solicitors, this made the process really smooth. We're now settling into our new home and are really pleased with it. The customer support team has been brilliant so far sorting out the few bits we've needed help with.Thanks team!

No respect

Absolute nightmare and no respect for neighbourhood whilst building their flats in Edinburgh.Broke most of my garden ornaments, some from other countries and when tried to email, never got answer, so tried to call no answer.Been feeling the whole house move for 2 years now and flooring has also moved brand new office flooring and brand new kitchen ! Now the worse part is my garden fence broke and been asking for a manager to come and speak to me about 4 times , ridiculous!The damages they caused to my house , garden and mental health is just appalling really. Not even decency to apologised .Now they decided to put a video camera and attach it from my side of the garden without even asking 🤬I have had enough so will never recommend anyone to buy Dandara

Paddock View Yapton ( paradise )

Paddock View Yapton. We are now living in the house of our dreams the quality is exceptional. From the moment we first visited Jo & Val have made us feel valued and very safe. The time spent showing us the house we now have and other ones on the development was never rushed. Jo helped us secure our home, she helped us believe it would happen she gave us great options. We used the moving made easy and we are very grateful for that option. Whenever we visited or telephoned both Val and Jo answered with a smile and kept us sane. We can't thank them enough , they are what good looks like.

The Pippins by Dandara, small development in the country

When we went to The Pippins by Dandara to view the development we were met by Joe.He was extremely knowledgable about all the houses that he showed us and made us feel very welcome.It is a much smaller development than many new build estates and it feels more “ open” than most, it is designed very well and the houses have a variety of styles to choose from.I’m very glad that we diverted the route on our way back home to Shropshire to see what was available and to meet Joe, he was really kind and accommodating, especially as it was a last minute appointment to view it.

We have had a great experience with Bobby, and also Sarah and Chad. Bobby was our initial contact and was really helpful and accommodating to introduce us to the development, always on hand to answer questions and helping us with any queries. Further down the line Sarah and Chad continued our experience. Always keeping in touch and providing us with everything we needed whilst exchanging contracts. They have always been more than happy to accommodate any of our requests such as getting us on site, even getting the site manager to walk us through and show us various different places within the building. We’re looking forward to completing and have had excellent service up to his point.

Popped in to have a look at the show home at The Grange, in Aberdeen... what a gorgeous home! The sales ladies were very welcoming and knowledgable and I didn't feel under any pressure - it was a great experience. I have recently bought my 5th Dandara…

I have recently bought my 5th Dandara house, having bought my first aged 21. The most recent house is located at Potton and from the beginning to post completion the experience has been amazing; they just keep getting better and better as a company and even my first house was a great experience all those (25+) years ago!. In terms of the purchase Jade and Belinda were beyond kind, understanding and wonderfully helpful in all aspect of the purchase not helped of course by covid and a move from the Isle of Man. On completion and post Scott and George are the kindest and most lovely people you could wish to have close by when completing a move on your own. George has gone over and above to help me get all snags sorted and between him and the team he has made sure that everything has been stress free and easy to navigate. I can honestly say that Jade, Belinda, Scott and most importantly George make the Dandara brand as great as it is and I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to purchase one of their properties. Thank you to all and most importantly thank you for all that you have done during what has been a very difficult period.
