Great Job Jo!

The whole experience of buying a house from Dandara has been as painless as it could possibly be. The sales team at Paddock View led by Jo were superb and really knew their stuff. The house is good quality, let down only by the fitment of cheap nasty unreliable Hoover/Candy white goods. However since they were thrown in for free it’s churlish to complain too much. That aside we’re delighted with the new house and the following customer service. Like all new homes it’s a blank canvass to work on, but a really solid base. Absolutely recommend.

Shocking experience Paddock View Yapton West Sussex

Paddock View Yapton West Sussex. Have just had a terrible customer service situation with Dandara customer care southern. Having bought a new home here and had a good experience I am shocked at the complete lack of care I have just been shown now I am a resident. Clearly once they have your money moving on you are nothing to them. I asked for a visit and was told no one will visit to discuss. That tells me they are not interested Well done Dandara .

Been considering buying a home at Dandara Aberdeen and can’t praise Alanna highly enough. She takes time to make sure all our questions are answered and clearly knows the development inside out. There has never any pressure and we’ve never felt like we’re a bother. The whole process of the house purchase and subsequent customer care after moving in has been excellent. A particular mention to Andrew in the sales office who was always extremely helpful and responsive to any queries and went out of his way to accommodate us. Max on site as well has been helpful especially with the aftercare and I would recommend Dandara to anyone thinking of buying a new build, the experience felt as though there was a personal touch at every step so we are overall very happy with our new home!

Dandara offers well-appointed apartments and provides commendable support to individual flat owners in addressing issues within their homes. However, they exhibit a marked reluctance to resolve defects pertaining to the building or communal areas. This persistent oversight compels residents to engage in ongoing disputes with both the management company and Dandara directly. Despite being raised over two years ago, these issues remain unaddressed, leaving the residents without the necessary support.

After pre-reserving a new-build house in Edinburgh in June 2022, we recently moved into the property and are very satisfied with Dandara's level of care and customer service.We undertook thorough research before buying with Dandara and are pleased that the good reviews are, in fact, true. We've had a great experience throughout the whole process of reserving the house, choosing the fittings and upgrades, completing and moving in and, finally, adjusting to life in the new house.Both the sales team and builders have been very friendly and helpful and we're particularly impressed with the level of care and attention that's been given since we've moved in - including regularly checking in on us and getting our snags fixed quickly.The only thing I would mention is that it would've been nice to have a bit more contact from Dandara in the lead up to our completion date. Although I understand that it can be tricky to provide concrete details before completing.Overall, we'd recommend buying with Dandara!

Started the process of procuring a Dandara home in Ffos Las, Carmarthenshire, South Wales with Janet Relling. Not only is she extremely knowledgable about her subject, but she is also very helpful, bending over backwards to make for as easy a procurement as possible. We don’t feel rushed or pushed in any way resulting in us reserving a fantastic 4 bed property with everything that we need / want. What a great idea to Meet the Builder !!! ….. plus meeting our new neighbours at the same time in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.It gave us the opportunity to interact and ask questions that were relevant to all of us attending. Kirkliston, Foxhall Gait

I visited your site in Kirkliston and spoke with Lorraine who was extremely helpful, she recommended we visit another site to view the house we are interested in. I popped in to see Lorraine last week where she advised the particular show home would not be ready for another few months I did mention that I was considering a slightly smaller house as the one we are interested in will not be ready until June 2024. She recommended we view the show home in Eskbank to give us a better idea of the size etc and should we rule it out she could possibly arrange a viewing of the house on her site where the keys had recently been handed over. I emailed Lorraine on Sunday to advise after viewing the show home we have ruled it out and I am delighted to say she has now arrange a viewing of her clients house for later this week. I cannot thank her enough, she has truly gone above and beyond
