As a first time buyer, buying a house off plan all seemed very daunting. I had no idea what I was doing. Kelly at Stewkley has guided me through every step bit by bit. She has been completely fantastic. Dandara seem to have got every question answered or covered. From the initial contact, to reservation, kitchen choices and beyond I have felt reassured and confident in the details and information I have been given. The guidance has been gratefully received and truly brilliant.Having then been to see a completed Dandara development the finishing touches in the home have made me feel even more relaxed. I am very excited for when my house is completed, this is all thanks to Kelly!

I love my Dandra home

I love my Dandra home, this is my first time as a homeowner and our agent Susan Gordon was amazing. We did not feel pressured to buy our home, which there is no words to describe as it’s stunning. Susan was very helpful and patient with us, went over every detail of our property and kept us updated with the progress. Susan took the time and went out of her way to answer any question we had. We are excited to start our new adventure in our home and I would recommend dandra to others for beautiful homes and excellent agents.

Hazlewood Pinewood Gardens.The purchase of the house was so relaxed and very calming under difficult personal circumstances. Alanna was above and beyond in the capacity of professionalism and understanding. She was so efficient with communication, paperwork and always available when answering requests and questions. The handover was clear and with lots of information ~ again being told not to hesitate by Alanna to call regarding understanding anything or problems using anything. The sales support was made so easy and without stress. The house is wonderful ~ although the only downside the small snagging list took ages to be looked at. The after-care team was not on hand and I had to do all the calling, always available and helpful but not forthcoming with their return or communication calls. When the guys did come all was done perfectly and with little fuss or intrusion. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful and I am so happy in my new home.

I don’t usually do reviews, but after my excellent experience at Dandara Grandhome, Aberdeen I am making an exception.We were downsizing for health reasons, and had looked at quite a few existing properties without success and decided to have a’nosey’ at Dandara Grandhome, Aberdeen.From our first meeting, we were made to feel comfortable with no pressure whatsoever from Susan Gordon, Dandara’s excellent Sales Consultant.Susan listened to our requirements and was able to direct us to the correct property using her expertise and excellent product knowledge.The whole process was stress free and we were able to gain access to our new home prior to handover for measurements etc.Without doubt, we have made the correct decision, and look forward to enjoying our new home - thanks to Susan.

After my two children moved out and bought their own houses (one of them bought a Dandara house at the Hazelwood development), I decided the time was right for me to downsize and move too. After deciding on beautiful Hazelwood for our next home, we contacted the sales team and met with Alanna. My apartment was lovely; privately owned with rental managed by Dandara who were very responsive and helpful. Everything was in good condition. When there was anything that needed servicing they arranged repair or replacement promptly with the owner. I had a trouble and stress free residence. I only left because of relocation.
