Alanna went above and beyond to help us throughout the process of viewing and buying and has gone out of her way to help us and chat to us since we moved in! Dandara and the team have been a pleasure to deal with! Polite, knowledgeable and super efficient at answering questions. In fact they have been so professional throughout the process we have decided to buy two properties at their Winchmore Hill development which is super smart. A special mention to Sarah who has been our main contact who has been nothing but a joy to deal with and her positive attitude has been so refreshing during these difficult times! We had Dandara as our letting agent for the past 4 years. They are very efficient and quick to respond to our queries. They also gives us ample notice when they need to perform a check in the flat or if suppliers need to come in to check the boiler, etc. Shout out to Brendan who has been patient with our queries on the lease and helped us close it off asap!

My partner and I looked at many other options in North Berwick but from the moment that we stepped into the Dandara show home, we knew it was for us. It was clear to see that quality and design of the homes was second to none and Dandara had gone the extra mile in designing a spacious, green development in a perfect location. Nicky was so incredibly helpful in helping us secure what is now our dream home and I would recommend Dandara to any home buyers. The aftercare support is second to none and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. Best decision we ever made!

My property has been managed by Clair and her team - Brendan, Terri and Samantha - for around 4 years. They have been tremendously good at keeping me abreast of what is happening with the property, and have provided an excellent bridge between me and the tenant. When you are not on the spot - and I'm not - it's very satisfying to know that your interests are being well looked after. And I'm very satisfied.

Andrea from the sales team was absolutely fantastic throughout our whole journey. She was incredibly supportive and patient at every stage, and what really stood out was that her support didn’t stop once we had moved in. She went above and beyond by offering us a loan sofa and a few bits and pieces to help us settle in while we were waiting for our own items to be delivered. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for better support.
