GoogleAwful agency, we had repairs that were never repaired in the 5 years we lived there, they are very slow with any form of maintenance and need constant prompting. They also evicted us because after the 5 years we lived there paying rent on time, they decided we did not meet their affordability check. Not because we missed any rent payment, but because they thought we might not be able to afford it, even when we offered a guarantor. Avoid this agency at all costs.
I am sorry that there may have been issues with maintenance during your tenancy, I have not been aware of this but will certainly look into this and apologise if this were the case. Unfortunately the Landlord has chosen to serve notice and end your tenancy which he is entitled to do. We will do all we can to help with alternative accommodation.
