Really pleased with my experience so far with Albany Lettings specifically the support from Meaghan Shanks and Stephen Blaney. Both incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries we had about the property. Got the flat signed off within less than 2 weeks with the help from Meaghan Shanks. Really great communication and simple application process with an electronic tenancy agreement. The inventory was then sent over the day before moving in which was very reassuring and (even better) it was all digital!! Super easy to use and very convenient to snap pictures and upload it directly to the inventory - not sure why other agencies haven't adopted this yet it's made the process a million times easier. After receiving the keys and moving in, we were really impressed to get immediate after care support from Stephen Blaney who checked in on how we were settling in, helped review the inventory and had an electrician sent over immediately after one of the light bulb fixtures went funny. Really impressed. Thank you for making the move an easy and simple one!

I can only say that Albany Lettings have been an absolute godsend, right from the outset! From finding tenants very quickly, through ensuring all legalities are sorted out, to efficient admin and sorting out any issues... they have been remarkable, going above and beyond on many occasions. This means great peace of mind for landlords, especially when you are not based locally. They were recommended to us by a cab driver, and I wish I could remember his name, so I could thank him! Their staff are always professional yet friendly, and swift to respond to any queries - not that we have many, as all is handled so very thoroughly. Albany Lettings have been extremely helpful throughout the application process. From the beginning, they have been very efficient in dealing with queries that I have had. I would also like to highlight Daniel Steele (Property Manager) as he was very friendly and more than happy to deal with any questions I had at the viewing. Albany lettings have been great! They have been such a pleasure to deal with and have made property searching simple and easy. Flown to Edinburgh spontaneously today as a viewing spot opened up to view an apartment to rent. I was met by Jock who was extremely welcoming. He accommodated all of my questions and the very few details he needed to check for me, he did this as soon as he got back to the office and let me know via email. Jock showed me around the property showing me the many beautiful features. We loved the place when viewing online, however the experience really pushed my girlfriend and I over the line to go ahead in applying for the tenancy.

My experience was really nice. They have the patience to explain you each and every thing and arrange a smooth and timely viewings for the property. Bethany, the agent who helped me for viewing explained almost everything to me and have told me things which even I haven't noticed. Best thing, you get what you see in the photos before viewing. (I have seen many houses, so I know this, that's why I'm mentioning).

My correspondence with Albany Lettings has been through Stephen Blaney and I have found him to be professional and friendly at all times. He is both effective and efficient in his handling of my requests and tactful and sympathetic in what has been, for me, a difficult situation. I should emphasis that the difficulties were in no way connected to Mr Blaney, but rather it was his skilful management of them that made the situation easier to resolve. He is quick to respond to messages and is considerate and polite in his approach.
