We are coming to the end of our tenancy managed by Albany Lettings. Throughout the 9 months we have been here, Albany have always very responsive, dealing with any problems, even minor on a same-day basis, often acknowledging any issue within an hour before arranging a fix. We were renting flat at Newhaven for 1,5 years. Throughout that time we had a very good communication with ACE and on normal basis all situations were always resolved in a timely manner. We never had any problem with the team, and we had a great time living there. It was difficult to find a flat to rent in Edinburgh at the time (maybe it still is), but we've managed to get organised the move in rather swiftly on both sides. All in all, I would say this was one of the best dealings we've had with a rental agency in Edinburgh. Recommended

I really appreciated that I received a personal call back from a member of the team following my initial email enquiry. I didn't expect this. Some other agencies just don't bother. Their quick response resulted in us getting to view a property later the same day. I didn't expect that either. I really appreciate that they made that happen..and at short notice too. Really pleased with my experience so far with Albany Lettings specifically the support from Meaghan Shanks and Stephen Blaney. Both incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries we had about the property. Got the flat signed off within less than 2 weeks with the help from Meaghan Shanks. Really great communication and simple application process with an electronic tenancy agreement. The inventory was then sent over the day before moving in which was very reassuring and (even better) it was all digital!! Super easy to use and very convenient to snap pictures and upload it directly to the inventory - not sure why other agencies haven't adopted this yet it's made the process a million times easier. After receiving the keys and moving in, we were really impressed to get immediate after care support from Stephen Blaney who checked in on how we were settling in, helped review the inventory and had an electrician sent over immediately after one of the light bulb fixtures went funny. Really impressed. Thank you for making the move an easy and simple one!
