GoogleI really cannot fault Albany lettings. Any time there was anything to attend to in my property they informed me and then dealt with it for me. I hardly had anything to do with the let once it was set up. They have also been very helpful with a few odds and ends post let.

GoogleWe were recently shown a flat by Nicola who answered all of our questions and had excellent communication. The property was lovely which made for a refreshing change from other properties we have viewed which don't live up to the photos provided online. It was also a nice change to have a 1-on-1 viewing rather than a crammed group viewing which seems to be the norm for other agencies Thanks!

GoogleI had a flat viewing with Louise from AL yesterday in Edinburgh and I really liked her demeanour. She was punctual, courteous and honest. If she didn't have an answer to my question, she was honest about it and promised to get back on it if things moved forward. She guided me about the various features but also gave me enough space to explore on my own without feeling followed or observed. I really enjoyed my experience and appreciate her quick follow-ups. GoogleOne of the easiest letting agents to deal with! I just moved over here and had a viewing with one of their property managers. So friendly, helpful and responsive and gave us very clear instructions on how to further our application. So much easier to deal with than any of their competitors - which bodes well if I ever have any queries or issues as a tenant with them in the future.
