Luckily, Albany Lettings and Claire Gordon in particular, were very prompt with keeping us updated; from arranging a viewing to the progress of our application and beyond. Their flexible approach to dealing with prospective tenants and the consideration with regards to the challenges faced by their prospective tenants is frankly refreshing.

Had a great experience with Albany Lettings and viewing a flat with them recently. Unlike other letting agents where I've been crammed into tight viewing slots with mutliple other people, Albany gave personal tours and were gave time to answer all my questions. They were quick to reply when I reached out and were easy to get on the phone, which isn't very common with others I have found. Really nice and friendly and would be happy to let with them.
