GoogleAmazing experience with Albany! Louise helped in the beginning with referencing and setting up the tenancy, Daniel with the day to day maintenance and then Branch Manager Nicola with the deposit return! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home in Edinburgh :)

GoogleAfter doing our research of local letting agents, we chose Albany Lettings as they came out top for the most friendly, helpful, professional and prompt service. We have no regrets as they were able to rent our flat within a week and have been in communication with us throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleAs a contractor, great folk to work with, good systems for booking work, clear account statements and best of all, pay invoices on time. They work with their clients best interests in poll position, but quite fair with the contractors.

GoogleWe moved to Edinburgh from overseas during the lock down and had to find housing from afar, which was challenging to say the least! Albany Lettings' staff were very understanding and flexible with the situation and helpful in assisting us with settling into our new home. Anytime we had questions, we received prompt replies and assistance with any requests or concerns.

GoogleJock from Albany Lettings was extremely helpful in showing me around a fantastic property in Marchmont. Although I was attending via a Facetime call, he made sure to be just as informative and friendly as he would be if I were in person. He was also extremely helpful in the application process, which was very smooth and obstacle-free.

GoogleI've lived in a flat managed by ACE for nearly six years, now about to move to my own property. ACE have always responded promptly to requests for support for any problems that occurred in the flat, and were also very efficient in handling contacts with the landlord, for instance when I suggested changes and improvements to the flat (some were indeed implemented).
