TrustpilotBest estate agents in Edinburgh
I have been using Annan's for a number of years now to let out several Buy to Let properties and am very satisfied with their service, which continues to exceed my expectations. Not only are they great to deal with, but they are very switched on to the market and rules and regulations for landlords. They are extremely trustworthy and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

GoogleFound Calum on the phone to be rather dismissive, pompous and rude. Won't be using Annan, especially after reading the other reviews

GoogleI was sceptical when they said they'd be able to sell my two bedroom flat in just 6 weeks, but they came through with multiple offers before that deadline. The offer I ended up taking was only slightly below my asking price, which was to be expected. Really flexible service, they helped me by working around my busy schedule.

GoogleIncredibly poor service. Bought a house this company were selling. Not only did they not change the 'for sale' sign when going through the process, but have blatantly ignored repeated requests to do so, as a result giving them free advertising on a main road. Laughably amateur.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
