Annan was recommended to me through a friend when I was selling my home, Annan sold my property within 2 weeks and I also bought my new home through them, from start to finish Fraser and Calum answered any queries or worries that I had, nothing was too much trouble for them, I would highly recommend this company.

GoogleFrom even before placing our house on the Market Annan were helping us with advice and when we decided to place our house on the market, we choose Annan as firstly they were a local estate agent, secondly if we had any queries or worries they were always around to answer them and thirdly the whole buying and selling process flowed with no problems and we could relax and concentrate on getting ready to move. Fourthly there was no up front fees and the selling and buying fee was fixed. Very professional and would recommend them.

GoogleI cannot thank the team at Annan enough for making my life so much easier whilst letting my property (and eventually selling). Not only do the team get things done quickly and efficiently, they do it with that extra bit of attention that makes you feel like you are their most important client. The whole team are so warm and friendly and very easy to contact. Over the last four years I have had dealt with most (if not all) of the team in some way or another and I always receive the best advice and tips. During the selling stage I was advised on ways to make my property market ready, within my budget, and Annan took care of everything from the marketing, photos (which looked amazing) and legal aspects. Absolutely seamless process - I can't thank you all enough! Highly recommend Annan for both letting and buying/selling. Stellar service!

GoogleNever had an experience like the one with this company. Fortunately never got to the stage of agreeing to sell my house, I never went ahead after hearing horror stories from my friends. This prompted me to ask some questions, none of which were answered how I would expect. All I would say is watch very closely if you are selling or renting with them - the solicitor I am now using says the owner Michael Annan is infamous in their business for the way he works. Will say one thing then do another.

GoogleMy work took me to Edinburgh for a couple of years. After one or two poor experiences with agents in the area, a chap called Derek at my work advised me to get in touch with Annan. I wish I had spoken to Derek earlier. They were very professional and kind, helping me find a home that met my budget. Actually, they found more than one - I think I had a choice of 3 or 4 in the end. Settled on one, and I was very happy there. Annan took the time to make sure I was happy with it all, which was a really nice touch. If I am ever lucky enough to be posted up in Scotland again they are the company I will use to make sure I have a good home.
